first day at smile direct

At first I felt nervous shy and above all second thoughts if I Should have my teeth fixed but rest assured I heard the history about the company and it make me feel comfortable and I did not feel so bad after all I liked the 3-D test scanning very interesting and the explanation on the process so yeah Im quite happy about it

Gave me all the information i needed only thing id say is i think the website needs to be clearer on the intent of the appointment After consultation they want to take card details and set up your plan which if you decide against after have to then cancel Its not just scans and informative chat You need to be prepared to start treatment at the appointment

Jennifer your dental assistant made up for the 40 minute wait due to be being fully booked by being the most pleasant caring and engaging I have looked after by on my journey with you I would have left the appointment disgruntled without her beautiful and professional attitude in dealing with me

Review of first visit not of product Very welcoming staff Quickly checked in and after a few minutes taken in for my 3D scan Sim was very patient and helpful answering my questions Explained everything clearly and thoroughly Not 5 stars becuase i wasnt informed about the night time aligner only option Although I was aware of it from my research i think its important patients are given all the information by their provider to make an informed decision

Smile Direct Club - Where is the customer service

My experience in the Glasgow Smile Direct Store was excellent The staff were very friendly the process was explained to me fully and they were able to answer any questions I had Since the appointment I have been very disappointed with the service Smile Direct have supplied I can t seem to get hold of anyone to help me initiate the payment process This has resulted in a significant delay in ordering my aligners I m still trying to get in touch with them two weeks after my appointment

My experience was a very good one The smile guide is very polite and gave detailed information on the process and how everything will be done Satisfied Only thing is that the price has increased

The staff were brilliant and the appointment itself was a quick and concise process However they were either overbooked or understaffed so appointments were running late and the small waiting area became crowded

Lovely dental nurse at appointment at Aldgate branch in London I signed on the iPad giving legal consent to pay 1639 this is the amount the iPad showed BUT 1739 was taken from my bank account TAKE A PHOTO OF WHAT YOU SIGN you will not receive an email receipt Two stressful days trying to get someone to acknowledge the over payment and sort it out I can confirm that this has now been refunded My sincerest thanks to Emma at SDC Customer Services email for dealing with this Now awaiting my aligners and feeling a bit more positive

I visited the smile direct shop on Tuesday 24 10 23 for my aligner top up appointment Yvonne made me feel so comfortable from start to finish talking to me about my day and putting me at ease talking me through the treatment and answering any questions I had I couldn t recommend her enough

Replacement Aligner

Everything was fine until i got to my last aligner and lost them For a while check-in links were not being sent to me either I need hold of either the 3D scan or just a replacement My treatment is technically unfinished Everyone crying about half done treatments are crazy because we are all given our full pack of aligners I spoke to Tabeo and they treat me as if i want my money back smh I don t trust going to another place because my bite is unfinished i only trust the one i was getting i was literally less than a week in with my last aligner and some one didn t think to hand it in for me what can i do
