Worth every Penny

Had a great experience with Snag My New Home Lina was very communicative and the surveyor came on a Sunday to conduct a thorough inspection The report was sent promptly the next day with a detailed explanation and photos for each snag I have now passed this onto the vendor which should save me money in the long run

Snagger arrived earlier than expected It took 3 hours for the snagging of my 3bedrooom house Snagging report was sent in email the next day before 10pm as promised Report is spot on There were so many things which we haven t noticed but seems to be a genuine thing to solve I would recommend Snag My New Home with confidence

Straightforward booking system great communication and helpful report

Very pleased with SMNH I booked the snagging to be done 2 weeks before completion of a new build I had to move the date and the process to rearrange was simple We were fortunate to have a property built to a good standard so didn t have many major snags Communication when required was faultless Lina was very helpful throughout the process and answered our queries after the snagging I would recommend

very professional service Lina very responsive during and after the booking made Paul completed a thorough snagging and explained everything in details post snagging raised any urgent issues to be addressed with developer before he left Report well structured Overall great service I would recommend this service for any new build buyers worth it

Very pleased with the Booking System Snagging Report

Very impressed with the whole process of booking as everything was made very clear Waseem the House Snagger arrived in time and did the snag inspection of our new build house on Thursday morning and a detailed report with photographs with 110 snags arrived by e-mail on Saturday morning Although we also picked up few snags and raised the snags with the Site Manager however when we received a detailed report from Waseem we were very impressed Thank you so much Highly recommended

Great choice

Great choice Easy to book and communicate throughout Initially the surveyor who supposed to come called off sick However they have arranged another person after I have explained them that we can t make it another day Very helpful and the surveyor is also very nice

Detailed and comprehensive report

The surveyor found 69 snags in our new build home many of which we would never have spotted ourselves I was so impressed with the report Not only was it sent in a timely manner before 10pm the following day it was so detailed and comprehensive with pictures of each snag as well as a description This made sharing this with our developer really easy and they have as a result made good progress with addressing the snags
