I have several Sonos products and decided to buy the new AMP to replace an older reciver I have to say I am blown away with the TV integration and their technology that makes a phantom center channel It works great at night to bring out the dialog of movies and TV The sound quality is also on par with my high end Yamaha reciver its replacing I was able to take one of my older products and trade it in for a 30 discount Sonos shipping was super fast free overnight and I was up and running quickly I am very happy with my sonos com experience and all of Sonos products

Top stuff
There s a lot of people complaining about issues I can guarantee you it s down to their wi Fi or 3rd party equipment they re using I have a home network which is pretty much bombproof and NEVER Have an issue I started with a sonos one and now have sonos everywhere I love it I find the app easy to use Would totally recommend sonos but please make sure your Wi-Fi is solid Also they have the best helpline I ve ever used they looked in to an issue that looked like it was a 3rd party piece of softwares fault but yet they helped me to confirm this top service

Good Service from Techie
I had to contact the technical team due to issues setting up speakers and sub woofer Guy I spoke to was very helpful and although it took nearly an hour to rectify with many factory resets the problem was resolved to my immense satisfaction I could not have sorted the problem myself

Versatile very flexible good quality sound All other systems now not used
I have a 1 a 3 and a playbar very pleased with all three components The 1 in the kitchen is used all day every day The 3 in dining room is great for more sound when in the mood Playbar has made watching TV fun again good range of sound and good base When linked to my iTunes setting playlists queues is very very simple and a great feature when friends are around Would recommend for the versatility no wires and looks Pricey but worth it

A brilliant system
There is a concerted campaign at the moment to rubbish Sonos Much of this is based on misinformation about the action Sonos has recently taken to no longer provide updates to certain older devices Those devices are between 5 to 15 years old and will continue to function normally when the measure is implemented I have built up my Sonos system since 2011 and now have 12 speakers in 7 zones It sounds great and works brilliantly Look at the facts for yourself and don t be taken in by the current hysteria

After owning my sonos system for over a year now I can say I ve enjoyed the exceptionally amazing listening experience We ve have no issues and the system is easy to setup Our household looks forward to adding on to the sonos ecosystem in the future

The Sonos system is everything and more what people have previously written The acoustic performance wipes the floor with Bose et al Don t deliberate about the investment you will not be disappointed If you can afford the Sub I would highly recommend However it did bounce 2 pictures off our kitchen wall lol It also seamlessly integrates with Deezer and Spotify

Amazing
You must be out of your mind to rate their products less than 4 It s super easy to setup works amazingly well and you can pair SONOS devices around the house Through your mobile or computer you can control all of them playing music simultaneously or separatebly I have been waiting for something like this for years Finally some smart engineers did it

Superb support
I read this site and had bad feelings about the Sonos customer support I had a Play 5 Gen 1 It stopped working so I contacted Sonos and explained all the problems online Simply no power Then as quick as a flash they authorised a new Play 5 Gen 2 and it was delivered yesterday My Sonos was 5 years old Just amazing support

I love the Sonos products and have found the customer service excellent When I first bought my sound bar there was a slight bricking issue A quick call to their helpdesk and the chap explained the process and within 2 days I had a brand new playbar This was 2 years and no issues since Currently owning 5 Sonos products and all in great sounding order By the way please fix your iPhone app Since the update it s worse than a yeasty codpeace
