10 Intl Trips with Spirit

I have traveled at least 10 trips with Spirit between Atlanta Ft Lauderdale and Guayaquil past 2 yrs Although not every trip has been 100 perfect have had great service and besides 1 layover that was delayed - have been on time or earlier every trip Spirit Guayaquil personnel even had to make arrangements and get my husband and I on a return flight - which they took care of totally because of a Visa mistake that was our fault Currently have trip where I have to return early for emergency and because of Covid having problems getting passport renewal Have had to make 3 separate reservations because of the appt restrictions and Spirit Martin had to make the new reservation manually He not only spent literally hours but got it all completed and perfect - which with amount of baggage I have including over weigh and oversize is not an easy feat

November 7th-Travis best flight attendant

November 7th my cousins and I flew to Fort Lauderdale for a cousin s bachelorette weekend We were on Flight 235 and had the best experience and we owe it to our flight attendant Travis He had the best personality which made the flight so enjoyable He was also so knowledge and really made everyone listening think twice about our careers and switching to be a flight attendant I usually sleep the whole flight but this is my first flight that I stayed awake the whole time for I wish every flight attendant was as amazing and personal as Travis He deserves a raise and then some I hope to fly with him again soon

Spirit sucks

We flew out of Managua on November 19 When my husband and I realized that we weren t seated together I went to the desk to see if they could change it They told me it was because I had booked us separately which I hadn t and I would have to pay to choose our seats I didn t bother because it s already such an unpleasant experience ti fly with Spirit they just don t deserve any more of my money When we got on the plane the whole back was completely empty So they could have moved us to be together unite easily they just chose to be jerks Spirit has become the butt of our group s jokes Here at Spirit smiles coat your extra Here at Spirit oxygen in your life mask will cost you extra I ve flown twice with Spirit and both times it was a terrible experience I won t be repeating it

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever They cancelled my return home flight citing weather issues but lied They were actually inspecting the plane for mechanical issues They couldn t book another flight home for 3 days so I was trapped and they wouldn t pay for a hotel Plus the customer service rep Blanca was incredibly rude and unapologetic Wish I could give them zero stars

Dishonest and unreliable

I purchased round trip tickets from Miami to Las Vegas The airline changed my departure from 6 34 PM to 6 34 AM without notifying me Had I not checked online the day before I would have missed the flight They also changed the return flight from a non-stop to one wity a 5 hour and 35 minute layover without advising me When I called Spirit to ask about this they told me that they could do nothing about it and when I asked about luggage I was told that I would have to pay almost three hundred dollars if I wanted to bring a suitcase and a carry on and come home with the same two bags

The worse experience I ever had

This aerol nea it s horrible I don t know how they still operating The customer service it s horrible and nasty they make you feel like the ticket is free I idc pay but please treat us like human beings not like animals you ask them something they talk to u with attitude and the ones inside the airplane they don t even pay you no mind please stop using this company they don t care about us HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN I FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY SPIRIT AIRLINES ITS THE WORSE AIRLINES

One star is too much Booked a flight 4th Dec Las to Smf Received a mail that schedule changed by 20 mins all good Actually they changed to next day Excuse is they changed the flight number but the original flight still exists No reason given no care from customer service Said won t be using again their reply we respect your decsion Tried to charge to change back to original flight to
