Lois Halasz from the Bedford Store had amazing customer service Exceptionally friendly and so helpful I had 2 box s to donate but unfortunately a sign said they were not taking donations that day However Lois said because I had come quite a distance I could leave them Lois had great emotional intelligence Thankyou

All the staff are very friendly and helpful Never refuse anything I take it in Always a hello and smile even when they see me on the street The shop always have customers so that speaks for itself Station Road Chingford I ve been using the shop for a year when I moved into the Road

Donations were accepted with enthusiasm and the manager was incredibly appreciative of our donations which was very welcoming and makes me want to re-donate here Angel Islington branch No suspicious accusations about what donations you re bringing in etc as I have experienced elsewhere Lovely shop and when I went back my items were priced very reasonably
