Great tour great staff

Eileen our tour liaison went above and beyond to facilitate any requests and I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveller She asked our opinions re fine tuning the tour and I personally would have liked to see more of Derry George is an excellent driver Catherine was lovely but the narrative didn t match what we were looking at so might need a little tighten up Very helpful and friendly though I will definitely recommend this holiday and have already done so Well done all

The Sunway site was easy to navigate

The Sunway site was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quite quickly Have used them many times in the past and they have always been reliable with good deals The only part is the price is no inclusive of baggage as they use Ryanair so when choosing some holidays with them you need to take this consideration when choosing a price point

Michelle and Daisy made it easy

In order to book this holiday there were problems to get accommodation for 14 days at the time we wanted in a particular hotel however I asked the Sunway people to if they could find another hotel that matched the same standards and location And I received a number of quotes and settled for want we wished for It s nice to know get a friendly person to look after all details including flights and documentation to make it easy to manage our travel arrangements

Helpful staff who know their job

Must give a shout out to nikki who is so helpful with my queries Found it difficult to get through to you on friday and person who answered was not of much assistance but nikki assisted me very well on saturday when ryanair cancelled my flight

The booking was very easy

The booking was very easy the staff on the phone were very helpful however for Lapland I would have liked more of a choice in hotels especially ones more suitable to adults or where there would be a more peaceful atmosphere in the hotels but I understand that for this destination that this is difficult

Holiday was great

Holiday was great The hotel is quite nice and the room was kept clean even though it was quite dark with no view whatsoever The sofa bed is horrendous it would make more sense to put a bed there The pool entertainment was fantastic but the evening effort for the grown ups was poor Little kids loved their disco time so no complaints there Food was really good and staff was very accommodating so overall a very positive experience
