Worst service ever received
If I could give zero I would Coming from Cairo and our bags were delayed over an hour 4 other flights had come and gone on our belt before we got our bags Customer service was an actual joke and zero help whatsoever I ve never seen people who were that useless before working at an airport They said they were understaffed yet there were 4 people at the customers desk doing absolutely nothing

Don t ever work for this bunch of racists especially if you are offered a job at London city Airport Absolutely vile managers the way they sit in there offices and if they could whip the mainly foreign workforce They should be reported but they are bully s The managers all stick up for each other and don t care and laugh at the poor people working under them

Waited over an hour for baggage at Bristol Airport yesterday Tui flight from Tenerife The flight was already delayed over a hour and this was the last thing everybody needed Terrible attitude from one female member of Swissport staff who when questioned regarding the delay clearly showed no customer service skills Sorry Tui will be using Jet2 next time as they employ their own baggage handlers

Returned from Sicily to Edinburgh airport and we waited an hour for our bags to come through on the belt no information we were left standing with no clue to what was going on and to make it worse both myself and son are on the autism spectrum so this was highly unregulated Dreadful experience but not surprised due to the many terrible reviews for Swissport Sort yourselves out
