Nice but small

I want to like the trunks and I do but they are a little small I ordered a medium which I wear is many other brands with no problem and they are quite snug Even the pouch is smaller than others that I prefer so keep in mind if you are well endowed like me Overall not bad and I may try sizing up to see if there is a difference

Customer service was great Size I received was too big so I returned them for exchange to smaller size Process was smooth and I received the new size New size came and fits much better Overall the product is OK Not great not terrible I have other pairs that fit and feel better and I prefer them over these Hence the three stars

The briefs I ordered and received do not have enough room for my junk I think they were sized wrong I have asked to return them but I not heard anything from TBo

The clothing is great

The clothing is great but the service stinks I ordered my first order and got it with no problem I placed a second order which never came I sent them the tracking to show it could not be delivered and it was sent back They claim it was resent and delivered Well if they did not have the complete address the first time around it would seem like they could not have resent it In either case it never arrived

I did not remember that US sizing is

I did not remember that US sizing is bigger than Canadian so my underwear is constantly sliding down other than that they are as advertised

Butt seam stitch a little weird

Comfort level overall is good great material the only issue is that the stitch seam in the butt area is in a spot that makes it feel uncomfortable

The Underwear are absolutely the best but

The Underwear are absolutely the best I ve worn The reason for the 3 stars is this I find the price for these underwear a bit high so when there was a sale for the 3 packs in red and blue I ordered After a few weeks i had to send multiple emails about my order and finally got a response on the second day The response left much to be desired They tried to get me to sub for other underwear not in 3 packs because what I ordered was now sold out no notification and wanting me to take less pieces for what I paid I will say they were quick to refund my money when I refused the alternative offer It really is a shame because I really like the underwear but wont buy from them again as this left me feeling very ignored and then used

Saved by Comfort

I ve bought several times This is why you get three stars A Lack of integrity Out of the several times I bought online only one time did I receive my 3rd item free The other times there was supposedly a code to get a discount but upon payment it doesn t accept the code Since then I just got single items on sale Therefore I ve literally ignored your junk email several times B Comfort I keep buying though because the material and cut are comfortable Now that I m losing weight and inches I ve been venturing to other brands as well

Changed From 1 Star To 3 Stars

EDIT Update as of 2 8 23 After contacting the company through social media Facebook and Instagram I finally received a human response and the situation was promptly rectified In addition to my original order I was also gifted an extra pair of underwear of my choosing As for the delay it was explained to me that they recently changed warehouses which caused a number of unexpected problems Be that as it may the initial radio silence was very frustrating and the fact that I had to use their social media accounts instead of their official support email feels messy Besides that I will say the products themselves are very nice extremely soft and comfortable form fitting supportive The packaging was minimal waste very little plastic I am very wary about ordering from TBo again but I like the underwear enough that I might have to --Original Review I ordered several items from TBo on 12 6 22 and never received them I also never received any tracking or shipment info I sent multiple emails to their customer service and got no response I even filed a complaint via PayPal and still nothing Looking at third party review sites it s apparent that many people have had similar experiences with TBo It s a bummer because the underwear seem nice I strongly suggest NOT BUYING from this company unless you enjoy throwing away money
