Okay love you product

Okay love you product but i have one problem in my first order I ordered large because of the weight chart they re too big My next orders I order medium and they re just right My question I know it says not to put in the dryer but with the large ones if I put them in the dryer will they shrink I m not that well endowed and the pouch on the large is too big I love the way the medium fits hugs the whole package and lifts it right out there and you do not even know you re wearing underwear The material the design pouch are excellent And I have to admit I like the fact that the lift makes my jeans look so much better

unaware of NO underwear

it takes awhile to realize the transition to this underwear and it s feeling you have no underwear it s great and supporting you with no awareness

Issue Resolved so now I m Happy

Im happy to say that after reaching out to Tbo on Instagram I recieved a quick and very helpful response for Cebo He explained my order had been coded wrong in their system but he now corrected it He said the order would ship the next business day and he added an extra product as consolation for the delay In fact I have now recieved confirmation the order has shipped As I said I really like their products and am glad the have made good on the error I ordered from them three times without any trouble Like the products Ordered the last time and no product was received I ve emailed three times and it s been over a month and no response One thing they do seem to be great at is sending me two or three emails a day trying to get me order again Sorry not till I get my last order
