I have been a customer of TBo for 5 months and have found their products to be of high quality which is why I keep coming back for more Turnaround time from order to delivery is usually within 5 business days The underwear products and outside shorts are extremely comfortable which is why I keep ordering more so as to eventually replace my prior underwear inventory I also like the color varieties My wife loves the way TBo trunks and boxers fit and look on me and very conspicuously likes running her fingers on the fabric while asking when TBo will be coming out with any products for women

I ordered the Must Have Hoodie in Large When it arrived I tried it on and immediately realized it was too big I contacted customer service and got Rose as a representative She was very helpful She sent me a prepaid return level and ordered a replacement in Medium while my original Large hoodie was on the way back Very satisfactory

Very comfortable trunks The legs stay in place even when pulling up trousers I realized a couple days ago how well they keep my anatomy in place when I slipped into a pair of the underwear I had previously worn--t-bos are consistent in keeping everything where it should be No other brand has ever done that

The underwear is extremely comfortable and light weight it feels great Even more impressive is the customer service Being right between sizes I had trouble at first getting the correct size but Rose in customer service was so fantastic in helping make the adjustment I will continue to purchase from TBobased on that alone
