I love TB underwear however their PDP s are all messed up I placed an order for what I thought was a three pack of underwear the image shown on the product page shows three underwear however when you add to the cart it only shows 1x which means it s only a single underwear All product pages should be undated on your site

I love the products but in this case I preordered the thermal pants in October and had to fire off two different emails before they got shipped I know it was a new product but pre-orders should be filled first before the general public can purchase them I never got any kind of status updates unless I emailed asking about the shipment I hope this was just a one off mistake and not something that will happen all the time I love the product just wish this experience went better

Good product 2nd order Morons in marketing text out free Shipping code on next order then don t check with IT to ensure that code works When applied i got error code not available at your address and order only proceeds when shipping charges are added Customer service serves up crickets when texted and emailed about this issue Is every employee on holiday during the biggest sale of the year

I wasted an hour and fifteen minutes on you web site My main browser is Google Chrome It will not finish the order as far as payment and address I was frustrated for over an hour Luckily I have Firefox also loaded on my computer I entered my order into it and was able to complete the order including payment and my address you received it because I got am email form your ordering software that you received my order

I got a postcard in the mail with a discount code and when I used it to order online I was informed that the code has already been applied When I checked out I was charged full retail I wouldn t have purchased without the discount So I will either get the discount applied or return to sender when they arrive

Order was never received The first time I inquired about it I was told it was a preorder and was not out yet The preorder ended in September I didn t order until December The second time I was told it was out of stock in the warehouse and could cancel my order I m still waiting for confirmation that the order was indeed canceled

I Love the Product However I purchased buy 2and get 1 free However I never received my free RED pair

This company has a great product but their Customer Service experience is truly a problem I placed an order with them for one of their products which was immediately confirmed back to me via email and then billed in full to PayPal However even though they specified in the confirmation email that the item would be shipped within 1-2 business days I have never been informed that the item had shipped In trying to determine what the problem was I found that their website and Customer Service experience---as others have noted here---is truly abominable Aside from the basic purchase function the website is primitive---there is no way to check the status of an order or even an order history And for anyone with a question or issue there is no chat function although the site seems to indicate that there is one somewhere and there is no way to contact them by phone There is a Contact Us screen but after you submit your question there is no acknowledgement that they even received it and i am still awaiting a response Responding back to the order confirmation email gets the same lack of acknowledgement or response So I still have no idea what is going on although I do now see that the product that I ordered is unavailable I imagine that has been the issue all along and I wouldn t have minded that so much had they at least told me that it was out of stock and refunded my money to PayPal But I have still heard nothing from them and I have had to get PayPal involved for the refund It s really a shame because this company has some great products I ve ordered from them before with no issues But woe be to you if anything goes off-track They really need to look at similar websites to see how other online companies successfully handle Customer Service

I already wrote my review once but here it is again I ordered briefs There is no elastic around the leg openings so the back end rides up into my crack If I had wanted a thong I would have ordered one Also your emails are over the top annoying Have you nothing else to do with your time
