Products are great but customer service is terrible Have an order in but no eta and can t get an email back Had an issue in the past like this with TBo and my order had been cancelled with no notification If it weren t for the feel of the product I wouldn t shop with TBo

Customer service and fulfillment issues all around

Items their website said were in stock were not actually available They did not contact me about the problem They do not have any telephone number customer service is only via email which takes several days for them to respond They finally said which items they could substitute for the out of stock items and then sent the wrong ones Twice It honestly took three months for the order to finally be shipped and received by me and then it was with items I didn t order They really need to improve their fulfillment and customer service So many weeks wait and so many errors along the way is not a comedy it is absolutely frustrating

Duration of delivery it took more than 4 Months to finally receive the ordered product Customer relations instead of nocking of some cost from my order for the inconvenience or applying a discount or gift for the long wait I got vouchers for discounts on future orders I should have canceled my order and reorder applying those discounts would have been smarter Quality of the product it s ok The size is much smaller than the usual size of general products I use They are tight not so comfy the cut and some of the seams are irritating and right out uncomfortable the bulge is not very prominent and rather discreet Overall the features and quality do not warrent the high price tag I won t buy these again and would recommend other brands

Worst customer service I placed an order 204200TBO right after Thanksgiving and up to this day I have not received anything I ve contacted customer service and sent several messages asking for an update on my order and I haven t not received a notification or confirmation of my emails At this point I feel they ve already kept my money without sending me what I ordered Very discouraging and frustrating

I love your products

I love your products However on 2 separate occasions I have ordered products that I never received an order acknowledgment nor did I receive the products even though you charged card immediately Finally after numerous email I eventually received the order Your marketing and advertising is all over the place and frustrating to try to decipher I would suggest you hire someone from the outside to come in and consult with you to get it figured out

2nd purchase of a great product though both times shipping is delayed This time I ve received half what I ve ordered and the other color is still not available with no date for delivery Begs the question of why offer the product for sale when it s known it cannot be delivered in a reasonable timeframe

No Order Received

Sadly after 2 months of waiting for my order to arrive in Canada I sent a case in to them to inquire The tracking number would show an error so I have no idea if they were ever even shipped A week after I sent the inquiry still no reply so I sent another message Finally I received a reply that the order was lost and they could send another order but would have to invoice me for an additional charge for import and customs fees Hard to believe I waited over 2 months for an order and now they wanted to charge me more I requested a refund and they were good to get that processed for me Perhaps it is shipping to Canada that is the issue - but I will never order from them again even though they may have good product

I like buying from yall but I hate hate hate that yall be sending me emails with links that don t work Everything I tap link on the email it always sends me to a 404 error page link not found
