Was thrilled to take the time to order

Was thrilled to take the time to order more TBo briefs I am a bit disappointed in the fit however The legs are too long for a brief too short for a boxer They bunch in my leg crease If they weren t so comfortable otherwise it would be a problem Personally I think they should find some place other than China to make them

Good Product but Slow shipping

I ordered the first time received the product and liked the boxer briefs for breathe ability light comfortable quality product But the 2nd time I ordered the product after the 3 weeks the product had not shipped so I canceled my order easily Product is excellent but waiting a month for briefs is unacceptable

Need waistband improvement

I like the way these briefs feel when you first put them on They fit nicely and give flattering support The downside for me has been the waistband I don t know if it needs to be tighter or if different elastic is needed or what but as I wear them they begin gradually sliding down They usually end up about halfway down my butt before I can t stand it anymore and have to take down my pants and pull them back up The briefs are not the wrong size They fit fine when you put them on they just don t stay up

I ordered a pre-order item and it took from September 2021 to January 2022 to receive the items And then only after emailing back and forth to discover what happened I feel like if I had not checked up on the items I would never have received what I paid for Customer service has to be a priority Oh the underwear is great and comfortable and gets five stars but please make some with a slot so I don t have to undress to take a leak

Good start but needs some improvements

The fabric is nice and the cut in the front is not bad However there is no way to wear these without having a wedge all day A seamless pouch with a little more room would provide more of a natural hang Also the sizing is off I am a 34 waist and the sizing guide said to get the large 33-36 inch waist They are too big and slide down with movement They should fit snug to stay in place but soft and smooth so you don t notice that you are wearing them

the user interface for TBO leaves much

the user interface for TBO leaves much to be desired I had to reload my cart more than five times I don t understand why the items aren t just there and left there I need to update my address but there doesn t appear to be an easy way to get there Such great products you have but held back by such user UNfriendly experience It s a shame

Excellent shirt short boxers

Excellent shirt I love the feel and fit Boxers I also love the feel and material My problem thus the 3 stars is these are BY FAR the shortest Boxers I have ever bought Disapointed with them Won t get any more unless they get longer They are much more like trunks in my opinion

The underwear briefs are very nice

The underwear briefs are very nice but the seam line across the butt is disconcerting I ve never had underwear with a seam there and it s annoying One other issue is that I wish that I wish I knew that they can t go in the dryer before I bought them I m not a fan of not being able to do that

I bought into the hype

I bought into the hype I though I was part of the tribe I love the underwear and the fabrics used to make them The variety of colors is excellent I m disappointed in the availability they sell out and are never available again I have pre-ordered and never received the orders these items are popular and can t be purchased because they aren t available If I m wrong send me three pair of the Red Thread in large I pre-ordered them and they never shipped

I order 3 xl blue briefs from you and the do not fit at all like a 3 pair xl black briefs I ordered over a year ago It seams like your xl sizes are set up for European costumer not United States These XL briefs fit like medium even though they are tagged xl briefs
