Simple and convenient

Fantastic convenient and cost effective way to convert between currencies Don t be put off by having to post your cash just use recorded delivery Much better exchange rates than high street banks or the post office We always use this and love it

The Currency Club 5 star service

Used The Currency Club recently for some currency for the Czech Republic Easy to use website with competitive rates and offering many flexible options Although I did initially have an issue with setting up my account their support by email and telephone was first rate and not only did they respond quickly but they were able to resolve problems efficiently as well Also used them to sell back my spare currency after the trip and again they were excellent Will definitely be using them for future currency transfers and would have no hesitation in recommending them I don t normally bother providing feedback but believe the service received has been excellent and worth a recommendation

Among the best rates when I was looking back in May June 2024 Included in a MSE search and listed in the FCA register so happy they were a legitimate company before I sent them my hard earned cash Website was easy to use and payment by bank transfer was possible Selected a date for my money to be delivered and it arrived on time by a royal mail signed for service Happy Dec 2024 - just used the returns service for my leftover currency Equally happy with this service- secure process and great exchange rate Definitely using again

No ownership of issues

I utilised a comparison sites which pointed me towards currency club Having requested travel money I thought all was well until I got a phone call saying I had requested a transfer rather than actual physical currency I thought it would be a simple case of the company changing the transaction for me but no I lost money on the conversion and had to pay a 20 fee to get the money refunded When I tried to make a complaint the company rep flat out refused to take a complaint and simply just blamed me I won t be using this company again and will be warning my friends not to in addition
