Great service Trafford Centre Store

My partner and I went to The North Face store on 28 03 18 in the Trafford Centre to buy a gift for our daughter s birthday We were greeted upon entering the store and advised if we needed anything to give a shout The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful even running to help my partner pick up a hanger she dropped when trying on a coat The great service continued when we were buying a top for our daughter A very pleasant experience and definitely worth a mention Thank you especially to the two ladies who were so accommodating this evening

Bought a jacket from them about 10 years ago and it still looks pretty new It is easy to clean and holds up in cold weather Best purchase I ve made from them yet I also bought a hiking backpack 8 years ago and it still holds up Excellent quality products

I have had nothing but excellence

I have had nothing but excellent service from TNF the products are outstanding backed up by helpful customer service I however agree with other reviews that the quality controls have slid in recent years I ordered a pair of boots and the gore tex lining was sewn incorrectly and cut across all the toes That said the customer agent was excellent and the replacements are brilliant Over the year I ve had waterproof jackets gloves boots shoes and down jackets all of which have performed without fail in all terrains

I ordered a a hoody for christmas from the northface and as usual i love it the quality and looks are great and arrived in less than a week which is pretty good considering it comes from belgium i have used the northface many times before and i will definitly use them again super fast and great quality

I purchased a pair of TNF boots several

I purchased a pair of TNF boots several years ago In Dec 2019 I wore them to the airport to fly to VT to go skiing When I got off the plane I realized that the rubber across the top of both boots had split and exposed the felt I took pictures of them and then threw them away After our trip I contacted TNF sent pictures and expected nothing else as I had no receipt or the boots to send them To my surprise Mary called me worked hard and was able to get me another pair of snow boots Thank you Mary and TNF Especially MARY

Can t believe all these bad reviews I have had my north face jacket for 9 years and it s still in very good condition I have washed it many times and it is still waterproof Had a fleece too and had many years wear out of it Just ordered myself a new jacket and fleece as I am doing more walking and wanted to treat myself Can t wait for it to arrive
