Unable to complete return

Ordered on October 29th through the website - my parcel was supposed to be delivered by UPS on November 8th but they never delivered it to me I contacted The North Face through customer support by email and over the phone - all very kind but anyway I never received what I bought Why no one never offered to have my parcel delivered to their own shop in Dublin since UPS doesn t help at all This is something that was supposed to be considered offered I am now going on holidays without one of the most important items for that - my snow boots I m not buying from The North Face anymore specially while they continue to use UPS as a delivery company Very disappointed still waiting for my complete refund

If I could give this company less than

I purchased a pair of shorts online and when delivered they were not suitable too large and appeared of poor quality I Attempted online return the process seems straight-forward with a pick up for the delivery address however I have made several attempts to complete the returns process and each time the message Unfortunately we are unable to complete your return at this time Please try again later is displayed This is incredibly frustrating There are no other options for returning the product it is completely unsuitable to my needs and was quite expensive I have no idea how I can get my money back and it is a most unsatisfactory customer service

Appalling company to deal with

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would Item was delivered two weeks late TNF processed the delivery address wrong UPS left item in their depot and did not contact me to clarify address Customer service is non existent I dealt with an unhelpful and ignorant customer care agent called Nevena One of the worst experiences I ve had with a company in my life Useless staff incompetent delivery company and poor follow up

Fake website Very careful

Appalling company to deal with item was delivered by UPS to the wrong address i never recieved anything over 200 euro item North Face said they looked into and it was delivered which of course it wasn t and that for them is the end of the story No item and 200 euro out of pocket Don t waste your time with North Face by local Appalling company to deal with

Ordered a Denali Fleece on Monday 10th of August and it arrived today 13th of August I have ordered a number of times over the past year and they have never let me down Always great service and fast delivery

Excellent customer care team

Hi all I purchased two Drew Peak hoodies from the North face website here in Ireland one in grey and the other in navy both were great quality but the grey one was slightly tight on me I got onto their customer care team and in fairness they were brilliant and sorted the whole return of the product for me A person named Bonka email me saying the return label was ready all I had to do was print the return label box up my hoodie and give it to the UPs delivery driver Brilliant service well done
