Absolutely amazing consultation and service at The Optic Shop in Swansea yesterday After visiting a high street optician twice over the last month and having two inaccurate prescriptions due to a complex eye condition I felt far more confident with my eye exam yesterday and the consequent outcome I will only use this optician from now on Thank you

How refreshing just how other online companies should be honest transparent and reliable Found Oakley frames in a particular colour and size on site emailed to check availability instance response of good stock called asking if they would hold them while I processed an online order with prescription lenses Again conformation of precipitation by phone confirming that I had entered it correctly 5 days later received my new classes packaged very well and in perfect condition correct genuine frames and correct lenses fitted superbly No hesitation in recommending the optic shop first class service Quality brands at very keen prices excellent communication lovely staff Well done and thank you

Super friendly and helpful staff I called up to confirm that the frames I had ordered were in stock and the gentleman on the phone not only double checked for me he actually went and found my order to let me know the frames had already been picked and my lenses were in stock meaning I d get them with in the week Thank you for going above and beyond with customer service

Great website will be ordering again in the future

I saw these glasses in a shop and thought I d have a look to see what this website was like I ended up getting frames and lenses for loads less than I would have paid for just the frames in the shop I was worried the lenses wouldn t be right but I shouldn t have worried they are perfect Ordered on a Saturday evening and the glasses arrived within 1 week I ve not taken them off since and have had loads of compliments My mom even ordered herself a pair of glasses from here after I told her how great the website was Will definitely be ordering again when I need glasses

Purchased new Ray Ban sunglasses opted for next day delivery and they duly arrived the next day Unfortunately I ordered a pair that didn t suit me slightly too big shape Had to send them back at my own cost no grumbles was my own fault I chose to send back guaranteed next day delivery The Optic Shop received them next day and shipped my new ones back to me in less than 3 hrs Just fantastic service I would recommend The Optic Shop to anyone and everyone
