Ignoring refund request
Update since posting I was contacted since this post and issued my refund The first clean we received from the Tunbridge Wells branch was great but unfortunately the cleaner cancelled our subsequent cleans due to personal issues This can t be helped and the review isn t related to the cleaners but to the poor communication once I asked to terminate my account I initially agreed to try a different cleaner but after we heard nothing for two weeks I requested a refund and to close my account We have not not heard back on the refund for over two weeks The last communication we received was 15 December I requested a refund on January 3 and we have heard nothing since I understand it may take a while to process but not responding to confirm receipt of the request and letting us know when the payment will be processed is really frustrating
