Manoeuvring all about the home is simple Excellent suction power and great weight with plenty of cables make this possible It swiftly mops up liquids and handles big trash which I got it for The tank size is excellent it is just what we need It s less noisy than I had thought and simple to use

Tineco LiteVak

I purchased a Tineco LiteVak and I m very pleased with its performance so far It assembled quickly right out of the box and just had to wait for the battery to charge Does well on carpet and flooring the light is so handy for dark areas I did contact customer support about an extra filter and they responded very quickly to resolve Very happy with my purchase

Replacement part

The dustbin lid broke off at the hinge I contacted customer service and despite not being able to locate our receipt the service rep agreed to send a replacement dust bin She was friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with The replace bid came in sooner than promised I was impressed with the process and would purchase additional Tineco products based on my experience

Floor one S2 from Target Great Vac Customer Service

Bought a Floor one S2 model from target in Texas that had been returned When opened I found it was missing a couple supplies parts and I could not find them for that model on eBay or target website Contacted Tineco customer service and they advised pit was a target only model but their Floor One S3 Breeze or Floor One S3 Complete Parts would work on it They also went ahead and provided the replacement parts at no charge Great customer service experience and love that the the machine both sweeps and mops AND cleans itself

I have had my Tineco vacuum now for 3 months and am so in love with it One of the best purchases I have ever made Some complain about the battery run time but I find that on the regular setting I can do two floors of my home at a time which is about 40 minutes On full power you get about 15 minutes but you really don t need that much power I love the light that shines to show the dust particles We have people with allergies in the house so it keeps us on top of the dust and animal hair that you can t see with the naked eye Love how the green light makes everything visible I am waiting for them to come out with replacement batter packs on my model so that I can purchase and back up and get the third and fourth floors vacuumed at one time

I have had several steam mops but they just seem to move dirt from one spot to another I was introduced to Tineco by my sister I ordered it from the company itself tineco floor one s7 pro smart wet dry vacuum cleaner and I have to say it s the best product ever It has a clean water compartment in the back and a dirty water compartment in the front so you are cleaning your floors with clean water at all times It s very easy to operate and my floors never looked or felt cleaner I highly recommend this company and it s product

I recently purchased a tineco cordless vacuum and absolutely love it After a short time it wasn t working correctly so I called Tineco customer service and they were quick to not only give me a solution to fix the problem but they emailed me specific instructions step by step on how to do it and a few days later sent me another email to see if there solution worked If it didn t work they even offered to send me a new motor Tineco truly outdid themself in showing how much they care for their customers and are proud of their great product Never again would I purchase another brand that would be competing for my purchase Thank You Tineco
