I love tkmaxx I have ordered lots of items online click and collect They have arrived on time with no problems Refunds are not an issue and the staff are always lovely at my local tkmaxx

I found my trip into your albury store great The staff were more than helpful and polite They took the time to have a chat even though they were incredibly busy during the pre xmas rush I came in tired and cranky and left with a smile on my face Thankyou so much

I love TKMAXX even more now

I love tkmaxx its a family joke where ever I am in the world I always find tkmaxx Even though its under other names We are so lucky in the UK for example in Canada its called Marshalls and believe me our tkmaxx is head and shoulders better than in other countries Anyway onto what I really wanted to say is that before Christmas I had a bad accident smashing my heal to bits Hence I have had a few months sitting around This has left me looking on the Internet to do my tkmaxx shopping It has been the easiest and most efficient way to shop if you are unable to go into the shops Everything came quickly most things were spot on I spoke to Joe in the warrington branch about returning the things I didn t want to keep One of these items was a rug I loved the rug but it was wavy I phoned the leigh shop to ask if they had carpets the lady said they did not but directed me to St Helens shop The lady I spoke to in the St Helens shop was so helpful and said they had one in My husband and I took quite a few things back when changing the rug The girls couldn t have been more pleasant helpful to deal with Well done tkmaxx your customer service has been spot on I am still waiting for a lamp six weeks on from I love retro They need to take a leaf out of your box tkmaxx for customer service Well done for quick delivery Great service by Joe at Warrington the lady at leigh and the girls at St Helens shop

Excellent customer care from Nettie in Carlisle

I just want to highlight the good service I had from Nettie in Carlisle Having lived abroad I ve been using TK and TJ Maxx shops forever I use the Carlisle store on a very regular basis and all the staff are great and recognise my face I had taken something back as a return and on the same day purchased several items all no problem I had to return one today and the code wasn t on the original receipt and the problems began I had bought four items and was returning one but my receipt said I d paid for six In effect with the return I should have had a refund of three items A manager checked the video and couldn t dispute either way what I said When I left the store I checked the receipts and the item I returned had been added on to my purchases along with something else I returned to the store to let them see the codes matched on both receipts Nettie was extremely nice as I was anxious to prove I hadn t taken something I hadn t paid for as the article I was returning didn t match The long and short of it I was given my refund but I can t sing the praises of Nettie enough for her patience and kindness As far as I m concerned it was an error by my first server and we can all make mistakes All staff at Carlise are great and I ll be back
