I am beyond fed up with the whole wear a mask SHEEPLE mentality It is not a mandate Do you know what that means It means the government doesn t want to deal with the backlash so they put the responsibility on the companies And if the government doesn t care and is leaving it up to the discretion of companies do you know what THAT means It means OUR LIVES ARE NOT IN DANGER IF WE DO NOT WEAR ONE But the KARENS male and female working at the Altamonte location are so WOKE that they harass anyone not wearing one Get over your virtue signaling You re JUST liquor store clerks

I have been a customer of Total Wine in Sterling Heights Mi since they opened in 2020 and have had a very frustrating problem for a couple weeks My mobile app wouldn t open so the cashier ran my purchase using my phone number Everything looked good until I had to change my password on my app and lost all my rewards information including my 812 points I went to the store for help and instead of helping me they gave me an 800 number to call After three days of listening to a recording of how busy they were I returned to the store for help and manager John told me to email Total Wine instead of helping me I m still trying to recover my rewards points but no one wants to help me They really don t care about customer satisfaction

Tina and the management there
Stevens Creek Blvd in San Jose Tina and the management there discriminate against people who walk in there They are so rude and Tina a short racist Asian woman who was going to conduct my orientation thought she was going to make me feel dumb and belittle me but to her surprise I wasn t like their other employees I stood my ground because there are so many of her kind that get a little position above the rest and they think they own the franchise They said I was confrontational because I didn t let her treat me less I was let go for standing up for myself to someone who thinks they are entitled to talk to you anyway they want The managers here are EXTREMELY rude and racially profile customers and employees That is what they do on their walkies

Company takes orders for delivery but no show
Company takes orders for delivery during corona outbreak but then decides to cancel order and not even send a email or text or call to tell you they aren t going to be delivering to you since your not important enough for them Will never step a foot in their store ever again

Total wine TERRIBLE customer service
On line ordering delivery and over all customer service is awful I made an order for delivery today I came home to wait for it only to discover that TW cancelled my order- without informing me I called the local store and the corporate hqs and was given bogus excuses Namely TW claimed that the charge was not authorized on my CC Bunk There is a pending charge for 221 00 on my CC for wine that was NOT delivered I also confirmed with the CC company that it did not reject any charges TW customer service is awful full of excuses instead of saying it made a mistake My advice is buy from small local wine stores where customer service and satisfaction is paramount Avoid TW

I ordered through them and get your money and than blame others why my items didnt get to my home and to say the manager saying its my fault when I explain I have secuirty cameras guess what they run all day so they never came and they cant do anything about it Take your money somewhere else

Awful experience
Awful experience Visited the store to purchase an item that I found on line in stock However it was not on the reachable shelf The associate was not willing to get it down for me He had me order it online and come back in 2 hours The next day when i went to pick up they were closed due to a flood Although I had already paid they couldn t give me the product I called and was given a gift cert that was only able to be used on non alcohol and expired in a week Awful customer service Will not go back

My experience here was horrible
My experience here was horrible I was approached by a woman who was clearly upset about greater issues My sisters and I was going in to purchase one item when we were profiled and asked to leave We didn t cause a scene Still unsure why she asked us to leave We were all of age and didnt cause any harm to anyone I can only think race because we literally did nothing I will never be back

Total wine failed to deliver the item because they didn t wait long enough for me to get to the door Then they sent an email order returned and they issued a refund however its been over a week and I still didn t receive any refund or the product i have ordered
