Wish I could assign-stars
I only give Sonoma Williams 1 star because if I gave it a ZERO I could not post this review Over 6 weeks waiting for delivery of a simple small basket of perishables Offensively overpriced entirely ridiculous wait time for delivery and it s STILL not where it s supposed to be I strongly recommend staying with a more reputable outfit like Harry David Hard to believe this company has been in business since 1956 Shane on them

Piece of inappropriate language
Save yourself some time and NOT buy anything here I placed order over the phone never got confirmation number When I called in they keep me on the line for over 30 min giving a controversial information on what has happened and then just hang up on me When I call back next agent was saying completely different things refused to help Worst service eveeeer

delivered something I didnt even order
delivered something i never ordered yet email said it delivered what I had ordered four phone calls later and still dealing with useless people with totally different excuses as to product availability When ordered every product stated order online and available for immediate delivery So far told product out of stock or discontinued just not good enough now waiting for a return phone call yet again Please do yourself a favour and order elsewhere as this company is incapable of calling back and supplying product as advertisied Would never recommend purchasing unless you physicaly see it in store

I wish that I had read these reviews earlier This company has absolutely no room for responding to customer concerns I ordered three sets of four Christmas dinner plates and three sets of four Christmas salad plates The plates took a very long time to be delivered and certainly did not meet the expected delivery date as noted at the time that the order was placed I did not complain Before the plates arrived Williams Sonoma offered another 20 percent offer on these discounted plates I contacted the customer service department and they emphatically stated that there was no room for negotiation-I did not qualify for further discounts I asked where this policy was written and received no response The fact that this company was not willing to offer some form of compensation was beyond disappointing Bottom line plates were not delivered in the promised time A further discount was offered during this wait period How can I not be eligible for some form of compensation They really do no care The arrogance is beyond frustrating

I had been a loyal customer for many
I had been a loyal customer for many years but recently their customer service has been atrocious at best Bought a Hestan pan for our daughters birthday back in August Fast forward to the end of October and It still has not been delivered I recieved a bunch of excuses and apologies but NO satisfaction on getting the product delivered I also ordered Punkin paws for Holloween back in August they now show a delivery date of November 29th Who want s holloween candy in the end of November BUYER BEWARE don t pay the extravagant prices for sub par service Not sure what s happening at Williams Sonoma but whatever it is it is not in the consumers best interest

Ordered a roasting pan on 11-14-2023 as a gift for Thanksgiving I couldn t place the order Contacted customer service and they were able to put the order through with a confirmation number On 11-16-2023 I found out that the order was canceled I reordered the pan from Crate Barrel I received notification from William Sonoma on December 01 2023 that my order had been canceled and to call them to reorder Really Don t waste your time with this company Use Crate Barrel at least they have helpful customer service support

Never told me my Christmas order was backordered
I ordered something for a Christmas gift It was backordered and they did not send any email telling me this Only when my family member called and said her husband s gift didn t arrive and I called W-S and it was still backordered They did not send out any emails letting me know so I could find something else I will never order from Williams-Sonoma again

Never buy food from them They ruined our Christmas
We decided to purchase our Christmas meal with them after reading to the fake advertisement We ordered the food on dec 15 for arrival before christmas Dec 22 it didn t arrive and we called and were said that delivery was confirmed for the 23rd Nothing arrived and when we called today we were said that you would not honor the delivery and they could do nothing about it They ruined our Christmas so be aware of this scam of a company
