Currently mid way through the process and a little underwhelmed I had been assured delivery on either the Friday of Monday and nothing and no communication apart from 3 requests for feedback I have just called to ask for an update to be told that there is a delay due to weather I do understand and appreciate this but some communication would have been appreciated particularly as we have had to cancel a job due to this I am just surprised that getting feedback is more important than the actual service

The company sent my order quickly although it was expensive postage The product was not very good quality and definitely a generic one size fits all deal even though it apparently for my car it s very clearly not 5 star for speed 1 star for product3 star for price

I ordered roof rack bars for Citroen C3 Aircross 2017 they arrived quickly but did not fit because they were too wide I contacted the company who suggested that I cut the bars I had to cut 7cm to make them fit or send them back After much deliberation I decided to cut the bars to size but they still did not fit due to the shape of brackets which did not marry with the existing roof bars on the Citroen So I tried them on my Suzuki Jimny and they fitted fine The website does not clearly indicate that these are essentially generic products cut to size and also it does not mention that some cutting or adjustment maybe required I am happy with them on my Jimny but this is not what I wanted If you are given an option of choosing a make and model that you require the product for then it is reasonable to assume that they should fit SO beware when purchasing these for a specific make and model as they may not be suitable I am happy with the quality for the price but I didn t get what I ordered

I m giving 4 stars as i ve not as yet received as the goods that were ordered the evening before haven t arrived yetOnce goods have been received in the timely manners paid for that will aid to the overall experience from TVA

Having had a look at the high price of roof bars i was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the bars from TVA at 100 which will more than meet my needs of casual use Service was good also plenty of updates on order and bars arrived on time

Ordering was simple and response prompt however my order was delivered to the wrong address

The items I ordered were good and exactly as shown on the website Delivery was fast and I m looking forward to fitting them to my van soon

Husband loves it and the colour is a perfect match However he had hoped that there would be a smaller gap between each side of the spoiler in the middle Due to the moulding though this was not possible Overall a greta product that is well priced

The price was of the item was reasonable and I received order and delivery updates which was good I wasn t thrilled with being charged 10 for delivery though this is pretty excessive in comparison to many other companies I have ordered from The item was delivered on time although as I wasn t home the courier left it outside round the back of my house in heavy rain
