Fair product Just be careful when applying to door handle make sure it does not catch on the Opener

The finished product looks great

Unfortunately I m not amazingly happy with the side bars I fitted them myself and being a Vauxhall technician I am confident in my ability to carry out the task When I opened the box there wasn t any washers and when It was time to fit the bars to the brackets the bolts were way too short Like I said before I work in a workshop so I had longer bolts and washers to hand When the bars went on they seem to stick out at the back and disappear under the front I m not sure if this is the way they are supposed to look or something is not quite right They are on now and I m just getting used to the way they look but thought I d better let you know

Looks smart but not very robust

The finished product looks great however I was a little disappointed to have contact TVA for the right sized type of cover plate fitting and installation instructions which did not come correctly supplied However the staff I spoke to apologised rectified this issue as soon as they could Overall I am pleased and would recommend TVA

Good product but bad courier used

Product looks good but is nowhere near as robust as the original side steps that were on the truck If anyone other than a child was to step on them they would start to give way

Products were good shame the spoilers

Products were good shame the spoilers were damaged tho I was told I should of inspected them at the factory unit why should I inspect them you should inspect them if there s any damage before giving them me so there s no come back And the running bars had the wrong fitting instructions which cost me a lot of time before the right information was email to me

Delivery check not allowed

I got this delivered to my mum s house as I wasn t going to be in The label said do not sign until checked My mum is 84 The delivery guy would not let my mum check or sign Proof of postage shows a squiggle which my mum didn t do I will check parcel for damage tomorrow when I pick up the parcel and contact you if any damage

Cross bars for Berlingo are excellent and fit perfectly I also ordered ladder stops and not clear how these should be fitted Delivery from DX was one day later than I was notified

Parcel arrived all good to installHowever bolts supplied to fit up right brackets to roof were to small Making it impossible to fit Also Allen key supplied poor standard rounded off on 4 fitting Have to travel to local nut bolt supplier to obtain correct bolts

Items received are of good quality but

Items received are of good quality but disappointed with the delivery time just over 2 weeks for some seat covers and a week for roof bars when paying 16 99 for delivery and the website says fast shipping and same day dispatch I expected more for my 16 99 which is the most I think I have ever paid for a delivery You need to address the cost of shipping
