Very expensive returns

Ordered roof bars for car parts arrived on time everything good but problem with car when deal fell through so had to return roof bars TVA have no returns process other than you have to send the part at your own cost back to their site and then wait for refund Due to size of item it was going to cost me one third of the price of the item to return it They should have a returns system where they can use their account to return the item and charge you the cost of the delivery which being a business is a fraction of the cost to an individual

I would give TVA 5 stars however let down by a bad courier

I would give TVA 5 stars BUT They used a terrible courier company The package was signed for by the driver and just left on my doorstep by the main road TVA didn t seem to care and neither did the courier company So I won t be using them again

Instructions were in Russian 2 nuts missing from the box Contacted the supplier asking for english instructions but never got a response

Only one parcel received on Thursday 4th May - advised 2nd parcel would be delivered sometime by Tuffnell delivery company Still waiting - planned on doing the job this weekend but no chance Request 20 refund for delivery as overpriced for no service

Ordered some side steps which turned up with missing brackets tva did react by telling me the brackets were being sent separately then e mailed to say the brackets were permanently missing replaced with some bars that I wasn t quite sure about these came with terrible fitting instructions which I am sure tva know Overall not a great experience be careful

Nicely priced quality products

Hi the order came early which was a nice surprise The only thing is that the item is advertised to fit a 2019 Mercedes Vito and the paper work and invoice is marked 2004 - 2014 I had to call the office to check if i had received the correct item which i was told that a mistake had been made in the advertising department The item did fit eventually

Ordered side bars for new T6 1

Nicely priced quality products However I did have a fitting kit full of bolts with only 2 nuts though had to source and buy elsewhere to replace those that were missing

Ordered side bars for new T6 1 transporter Mailed before I ordered to check they bolt straight on Bars arrived but new van is covered in plastic under trays so fitting not straight forward Called to discuss got answering machine left message but no return call Shame really as the bars look ok but after sales poor

Side steps - OK but not great

Ordered polished door handles for my new transit custom and rear bumper tread cover The website said I needed to order And additional handle for the rear barn door as the standard pack was for tailgate door 12 On arrival the additional handle wasn t required as there were 4 identical handle sets in the first pack so 12 wasted Fitted the door handles no problem The rear bumper threshold plate the adhesive tape wasn t strong enough to even hold the strip in position and eventually I had to glue the strip onto the threshold Looks nice But you need to have a stronger double sided tape and the tape is fitted in the valley of the threshold not on the high places which seemedSilly to me

Good delivery I ordered the side steps for my vehicle not overly impressed with the quality they don t provide much width to stand on and they do deflect more than I would want when you stand on them
