Save your money check reviews before you order Ordered roof bars took them a week to reach out to say they didn t have stock and another 2 weeks when it will be back in stockm 3 weeks later still nor back in stock Recoeved a refund bit only at the discounted rate they moved the product to after I purchased Has been poor customer service and just dodgy communication throughout Whoever they have behind the key board is a proper geezer there to defend the business not to offer customer service Update they told me to order when it s back in stock Its back in stock I go to order and I am blocked to ordering because of this review So now I m not in my right to share a bad experience or order what I need This is the least professional shopping experience I ve ever been witness too Shocking behaviour from an apparent business Rather then make up a bad shopping experience to a customer you retaliate So much for trading standards

Bought a set of Atlas v2 closed rail cross bars arrived quickly Poor quality though T track in bars bent after installing a bike carrier used other bars before and never had this issue Wouldn t recommend and no after sales support when emailed to discuss the problem Was told I had over tightened the carrier and would not be eligible for refund

BEWARE of this service the 2 people i know that have used this website have had the same problem with roof racks not fitting and no refund nor help Buy at your own RISK Would recommend using another company

I bought a vw T5 roof rails and cross bar set I received a parcel with a part missing and when I emailed them to let them know they denied it was missing when it was packed therefore pointing the blame at me Yeah like I love having agro in my life Anyway 10 days on still no part received from them and they claim they have sent the part and they will send another one I smell BS The product it s self seems OK quality there is room for improvement rubber grip seal on the top of the cross bars sits too low in its channel so doesn t actually do anything and I haven t actually fitted it yet so this isn t a completed review

sidebars wrong size brackets were used step was damaged by Trade van Fitter 80 00 to fit just a joke only received refund for bars not or fitting even though the damaged was done by the trade van fitter very poor service no offer of free fitting or even half price to fit new sidestep will not be using this company again as they did not get this sale right paid for the fitting so to have a professional job

I ordered a set of roof rails and matching bars for my 09 Vivaro Not only did the rails come with the wrong size bolts the bars were too long for the width of the van First problem was when I tried to fit the roof rails Two of the M6 allen headed bolts were too short No idea how they got that wrong all four should have been the same length As I need the rack for work was easier to just order a pack of 10 from Amazon Prime which arrived the next day Second problem was when I was trying to fit the cross bars These arrive needing to be assembled I can only assume the sets a generic and bits swopped out for certain van types What ever the process is the bars themselves were about 25mm too long to fir between the newly installed roof rails Not too much of a problem if you have a hacksaw to hand a tape measure and the confidence to cut your new rails I didn t bother with the customer services as I needed the bars there and then so can t comment on that But what should have been a straightforward fit was not Purchased from a company that does nothing but sell accessories for vans you would hope they would have done better - hence the 2 star rating

The rails for my Ford freedom connect unfortunately I cannot fit them because there is no screw studding in the roof of the ford freedom to screw the stud bolts into

ordered on a Wednesday said would be next day wasn t called on Friday still not with me received at a different address on Saturday late for the show i was going to I know its the couriers fault and not tradevanaccesories but that didn t help me
