Sarah from customer service that called me thank u for ur Subscription i need to cancel

UPDATE Following my review from 5 days ago I have been contacted by Trueplay to refund me the charged sum therefore for their prompt assistance I will change my rating to 4 stars I have tried to buy on item and the transaction was denied Straight away I have received an email from Trueplay that I have subscribed for a gold membership and will be charged at the end of the month Got chatting with someone and been promised a cancellation on the said subscription even received an email of confirmation When checking my bank account I have discovered that Ive been charged 8 80 Really annoyed with all this situation because at no point I have been informed about this subscription If I would have known I would have not accepted Its fair to inform people so they can make their own choices Tomorrow will try to get back in touch with them to get my money back Its not a fortune but I dont agree with their style My advice to everyone stay away from dodgy sites and definetely away from Trueplay

They responded to my text and email immediately I contacted them I was a little bit mad at some of their policies but they explained

Issue we had was Addressed in a timely manner Good service from the provider when issue tabled

Money is coming out of my account don t know why as not sure who you are Please help so this can be stopped before I contact my bankThank youHad call today lovely lady has sorted this all out
