From bad news to fantastic news
Edit they did refund me one of the charges back and the support has been lovely They did charge me twice for a service I never used I remember accidentally signing into their website trough a well done scam in October and nothing happened at first Then 2 months later in December they just so decided to up my prescription and charged me for it Of course I complained and I didn t get much help apart from an email saying they won t do it again Come in January they sure did it again Got charged for the service again and I complained one more time This time they made sure my account is deleted and changes would happen on the next time the service was supposed to charge I was still charged after getting my account deleted like a cancellation fee etc They did refund me this time but I wasn t refunded the 2 charges before I am writing this review as a follow-up to their email saying to rate 3-5 stars and that they d give me a refund I highly doubt that but hey no harm no foul to do anyway and share my experience
