I m surprised by the negative reviews here My 3 puzzle set arrived in days well packaged and safe And the puzzles EXQUISITE A sheer delight Like participating in art Designed with genuine creativity and passion Satisfying Delightfully packaged No they are not paying me to review I m just a customer who took an expensive punt on a persistent Facebook ad Puzzles are not cheap and the small one is pretty pricey for the size But the detail and magic in the artistry made it worth the leap of faith I m taking great pleasure in these puzzles and while they take a lot of adult help for my 8 year old as they are satisfyingly difficult it s special time spent together

Customer service response is lame

Ordered without checking the company reviews than came here and saw all the negative ones and paniced a little because their customer service response is lame wrote them 2 mails contacted them through chat and every time they answered after a day or two and with ambiguos information But in the end everyrhing was ok and i am very satisfied with the quality and look of the product Would recommend it

Just one word AWESOME

I don t know why it s rated this low I ordered a medium size owl for myself 3 days ago was delivered yesterday Yes you read it correct 2 days expedited shipping for only 6ish eur Every piece is uniquely shaped and has brightful colors Never seen any puzzle like this before One disappointment King size 25x43 is definitely not doable in 6 hours Not my last order from this russian guy from sure Keep up the good work

After having read good and mainly bad reviews I took a chance and ordered one jigsaw Chameleon large It arrived after 5 days in a beautiful wooden box The quality of the jigsaw is exquisite Many pieces are in the shape of insects plants and animals you would expect to find in the same habitat They fit together perfectly No missing or broken pieces Any jigsaw aficionado will love this

It looks like a typical scam with Chinese products - one day a company opens Facebook page with broad advertising campaign reaching most of us Then many sister-sites are also opened with exactly same products And after 1-2 months they are all gone Still I decided to place an order on Monday received the package on Friday Neat minimalistic packaging inside everything as advertised Really good quality of plywood puzzles with beautiful colors So I don t know if it s scam or not maybe they ship only to selected few but in my case I m 100 happy and recommend the product

I bougth the small dragon on black friday sale directly from unidragon eu Arrived in 7 days to Hungary Came in the advertised wooden box there are no missing or damaged pieces The puzzle has the expected quality and it is absolutely gorgeous No other puzzle can match their style and quality combined With a better customer service reputation they would be the definite choice for quality 2D puzzle
