Scammed I placed an order on the 26th November that was close 100 Aus I contacted customer service after 7th December as I hadn t received any shipping notification the reply was Thank you for your waiting and patience Unfortunately there are technical problems in the warehouse in Australia We are fixing it and will ship all orders as soon as possible We apologize for the inconvenience caused I again contacted customer service on the 13th December the reply Hello Unfortunately we still have problems We can t say exactly when these be fixed After this reply I requested a refund with the reply Ok we have forwarded your request to our responsible manager As soon as we get the answer we will contact you again In other words you ve been scammed

Ordered a gift card as company website notes the gift card voucher will be sent to your email immediately No email arrived to any of my account inboxes focused junk other etc I contacted customer care who told me I needed an order number which I didn t have as they hadn t sent me any confirmation email They tracked down my order number and told me it would be As soon as the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number With it you will be able to monitor the movement of your order and track the delivery time This is for an on-line order for an online voucher there is nothing to ship There appears to be a complete disconnect between the customer care support and the sales

I ordered two puzzles and I never had feeling that they was managing my order If you try to ask about the status of the order the answer is a typical copy-paste Our supply to Europe warehouse stocks at customs for the reason beyond our control We are planning to ship your order in a few days I asked again information and I got reply that in few days they will ship puzzles I never received a progress and a tracking number and after two weeks I canceled the order In my opinion is a pure fake and anyway the company offer a poor level of support to customers without any visibility of progress Please don t trust in 5 stars reviews they are obviously single users friends of Unidragon

Customer Service is absolutely dreadful No communication AT ALL After weeks of waiting for my delivery they finally told me they didn t have what I ordered in stock only because I asked them Gave me a date of shipping but clearly it was never shipped I asked for a refund multiple times and they re just ignoring me Avoid them

Update 2 months and several emails after the below Unidragon finally reimbursed me for the full amount and sent their apologies I therefore take back that they are dishonest - as they prove not to be - but it is such a pity that the whole encounter with them turned out to be so disappointing --------Originally posted review I can only try to warn off as many people as possible from this scam I placed an order for 4 jigsaw puzzles 5 weeks ago A wrong delivery was sent to me which I did therefore not pick up I immediately advised Unidragon of their error and that I had not accepted the parcel The money was drawn from my account but since December 4th they have not replied to any of my Emails nor have they confirmed a new correct delivery or refunded me - so they have literally stolen more than 150 00 I will of course take possible legal actions - and hopefully warn off others from being cheated by this completely dishonest company

Ordered 26 11 would arrive in 4 5 days today is the 17 12 still no package or E T A Not even after several mails Very disappointing experience since it was supposed to be a present for 6thDec Now the whole idea is ruined Answer was it should arrive before Christmas Great a month for delivery Get a grip it is 21 century your logistics department is not worth its name

I love the puzzles received quickly mistake in the order has been horrific to remedy have had to complain to PayPal to try to get a refund on one puzzle not delivered instead they offered me after many requests for refund some points so I could buy more from them talk about insult to injury their refund policy is non existent I cant believe how bad the after sales service is Don t buy from them

Nice web and potentially nice products However one of the worst customer service I have experienced Automated template with photo and nice speech after purchase is far from good They don t communicate properly - no business email skill no signature no apology for problems not answering on question no proper info given Just all wrong giving it one last chance before cancelling the purchase they are not willing to complete nor to give relevant info about Don t buy there find your wooden puzzle elsewhere

RUSSIAN FACTORY I ve been buying these puzzles for some years as a xmas present tradition I tried to stop an already delayed order after I got tired of waiting and realizing the factory of the puzzles are in Russia Same story as all other reviews regarding customer service Just awful and a total waste of time Never got the stuff canceled never heard back from them never got instructions on how to send the puzzle back etc Unidragon is on my black list now

Bought a Unidragon puzzle through Amazon Expensive Right away when i open the box there is a disclaimer from the company about missing pieces or defective puzzles asking purchasers not to diss them on the internet in case this happens Well guess what The pieces provided to me in my box DID NOT fit together early on and thus the mandala puzzle COULDNT be completed I am a seasoned puzzler finishing very complex challenges with great patience This company CLEARLY has PROBLEMS in their manufacture to automatically include this disclaimer along with their product I was happy i bought this through Amazon in that i received an immediate refund with free return shipping rather than having to work directly with Unidragon to return ship and then wait for my refund I will never buy a puzzle from this company again
