The puzzle is great but came with a missing piece Company said that they will send a new one But a month and a half later and we are still waiting seems like we spent 130 euro for nothing as we cannot hang a puzzle with a missing piece

Seems like a scam but as i paid with PayPal i could always dispute After first ordering on unidragon com and they took my money and canceled the order and told me to order on eu to avoid taxes it still took me 3 weeks to get the refund I took the chance and ordered it again and after 17 days i still dident have a shipping or tracking id so i complained They told that their things had been st ck in customs and it should be shipped shortly Finally after now 22 days it has arrived I dont Think they are scamming but their service level is quite low Room for lots of improvement

I received a gift certificate in November I had been viewing their website in December but noticed the selection was dwindling so I waited until January to see what was in their inventory I was drawn to the very largest size of the traditional puzzles but none have been in stock for a very long time So I thought I would get a small animal puzzle that I could give to my granddaughter I tried to redeem the gift certificate for the purchase but when you click on the link to transfer it to the purchase the page just spins and never renders I used the chat to try to get some support but you do not hear back until many hours later if at all Finally the other day they said they would send another gift certificate so now the game goes to extra innings with no resolve Beautiful puzzle presentation the WORST customer service and support Run from them and consider yourself very lucky

This was the worst customer service I ve had in a long time When I went on their website it says there s a sale of 70 I m not stupid and I know that even though they didn t mention that it was up to 70 discount that banner was probably too good to be true However it surprised me that they didn t even offer any significant discount which I found strange since they re technically claiming 70 discount on the banner on their site again probably a typo but a sticky one The maximum discount I could find on a puzzle was 20 Also fine but don t mention 70 if you don t even have one item that has that discount When I asked this question in their chat option I got a very short rude answer back that was something along the lines of having to deal with it I never got the chance to ask a follow up question since she shut of the chat immediately after she gave her answer Even after rating the chat as bad I never heard from them again Again I m not whining about not getting 70 off because I know that s just poor marketing and obviously a lie but I don t like how this company handles their business

I ordered two sets of puzzles from Unidragon on kickstarter 866 Both were supposed to be Christmas presents I received one beautiful clever and well-made but not the other I did manage to get a reply on Facebook but they told me a shipping date that has since passed with no shipment confirmation no sign of the product and no response to my further attempts at communication on multiple platforms They make wonderful puzzles but unfortunately are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service I cannot recommend ordering through them which is very sad considering their product is so lovely I am a patient person and would be happy with an apology and an honest expected delivery date All I ve had is empty promises

I ordered a puzzle for Christmas Gift and let my wife know what I had ordered for her mother Well it happens that my wife had already ordered the same thing from Amazon I contacted Unidragon Customer Service to cancel my order I received an email back saying my order would be canceled Then I receive a shipping notice Contacted them again and was told it would be canceled roughly 4 hours later I receive my final email saying order could not be canceled as it has already shipped I as well as my Credit Card company felt this was not right and stopped payment which made me feel a bit better but I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how good the product is just due to their Customer Service being garbage

Glad I checked this review site before completing my purchase one click away I wanted to buy 4x puzzles with their additional 20 off and it was getting very complicated Never replied via instagram so I sent an email The reply back was very unprofessional but still I wanted them so bad sent a chat didn t get an answer back After reading these reviews I decided to NOT order

As others have stated the puzzles themselves are unique beautiful and fun But their customer service is horrid as are other elements I won t bother going into A shame really I won t buy another Update Odd that Unidragon would reply to this post as they did They seem surprised - don t believe a word of it They have had negative reviews about their customer service for a long time now and never do anything significant to address it Companies like this have a high rate of eventual failure Unidragon will be gone before long

If you by someone reason didn t finish your purchase for me it was lack of payment method I prefer - you ll get spammed with reminders to finish BY SMS 4 in 2 hours Please unidragon text messages are for more important things than your intrusive attention Blocked the number never coming back to that website

Although they make great puzzles nowadays they really make an effort to try to hide the fact that this is a Russian company by using a cover up company called Rusard what a name Every single box you order has the address from Walt LLC 443099 unit 6 Sadovaya Street 137 Samara Samara Oblast Rusland 443099 Did not expect this from a eu website with a contact address in Dublin Ireland I kinda feel cheated because they are not upfront about their origin Turns out they are even state subsidized
