I mainly use trustpilot for two reasons to find out if the company is real and if the product matches its description So let just get this out of the way Unidragon is legit and if I should rate the product alone it would have been 5 stars The puzzles from Unidragon are brilliantly made totally unique and beautiful to behold Though the prize-range their puzzles might be intimidating in comparison to the physical size of the puzzle I personally think it s worth it But and it s a big but Unidragon s customer service is lacking the same quality as their product unfortunately It takes days to get a respond through email and you can forget about getting a respond from the chat-service on the website It s sad really Most people including myself are more then willing to wait for something they want - if they know exactly how long they are going to wait If the webpage said you can expect delivery within 30 days I would still have made my second purchase and I would not have questioned anything until the 30th day But when you are in doubt and unable to get a respond from the company it makes you fear the worst especially when it comes to online purchases from foreign countries So dear Unidragon crew your product is fantastic your webpage is well made But please get your level of service in order so it matches your wonderful product

I placed a large order worth 170 - on the 26th of November 77041 Got an order confirmation and thought all would be well After a week I hadn t heard anything from Unidragon so I sent them an e-mail to ask for an update on my order and whether I could receive any tracking info Waited for a reply but got nothing so today I sent a new e-mail saying I would ask for a chargeback on my credit card if they don t respond It s been 14 days with no information while their website says it should take 3-8 days to ship to EU countries Looks like a scam to me Let s hope it s not but seeing all the reviews here makes me regret placing this large order at Unidragon Update ultimately I did receive an e-mail and after a very very long long long wait I finally received the puzzles I must say they are absolutely beautiful and very elaborate I just started with the mandala puzzle and am baffled by the intricacy and can t wait to see how the puzzle turns out So the product was worth the wait the costumer service was horrendous Something to take into consideration when ordering from their website

My order of November 27th 2021 took more than a month to arrive while their website sais 5-8 days The customer service is not really present mail not always answered and give approximative information so that I could not understand if my order would ever come They always answered me by live chat taking time and telling me they would have shipped my order within 5 days but actually this took a month However they are not scammers my order arrived really late and in my opinion their puzzle are qualitative and wonderful

I bought a puzzle one week ago they don t respond to emails phone calls support chat masseges They promiesed 3-8 day shipping and my wife s birthday is coming very soon I m screwed I regretted it I m thankful if I even get my money back Edit My order is on the way so I change my rating from 1 star to 3 but the communication and the shipping time leaves a lot to be desired

I loved the idea of these gifts but reading the reviews is really uncomfortable I just prefer three puzzles and mounting for each one I did not receive an confirmation email no receipt no way of contacting I really hope it is not a scam I am choosing to be positive be patient and hope that for the holidays the gifts I purchased for the kids will arrive complete and on time Please don t be thieves It s such a beautiful product Please get back to me with a confirmation and or tracking number

This is not the way to do business order placed payment done and then nothing And when I contact care all that comes back is awaiting your reply I strongly believe this is a scam Addition 06 12 I was just contacted and they appologized for a delayed shipment Will keep you updated Addition 20 12 raised to a three star rating Delivery arrived so it s no fake However pro active communication would be appreciated and please don t blame it on missing customer info when it s an internal issue The good thing is service reacts to a low rating and then resolves the issues

In short Unidragon is legitimate be careful to order from the original website The puzzles are very beautiful and unique - the only wooden puzzles of such good quality that I have found so far The customer service could benefit from some improvement - the people who answer you are always polite however the customer service representatives are either not well informed about shipment and delivery times or they just try to calm you down by telling you that your order will arrive within a short time frame when it is not even sent yet Recommendation to customers Order from Unidragon at least 1-2 months in advance in non-holiday periods and at least 2-3 months in advance in periods when you would expect high demand e g Christmas so that you re sure you ll get everything on time The next time I order a puzzle from them I will give another update if the delivery time has become shorter or if at least the website gives accurate information about it My experience I ordered 4 puzzles on Nov 30 order 81010 worth over 140 euros I received my order on December 30 a week and a half after I asked for a refund because I wanted to give these puzzles as presents and I realised this was not going to happen anymore I contacted them several times in the meantime and was assured I would receive the puzzles before the holidays which did not happen One puzzle came with a missing piece and I was asked to send a picture however that was not possible because the puzzle was intended as a gift and I had counted the pieces but not completed the puzzle Unidragon DID send me a replacement and I am grateful for that because I understand why their policy is to require a picture usually so I appreciate they compensated me in this way for the long wait I would recommend Unidragon to work on expectations management - it s OKAY that shipping takes a month especially in periods of high demand - I would still have ordered if I knew that But I would have ordered earlier It is NOT okay that you state shipping will take 4-6 days then promise the puzzles will come before the holidays multiple times then ship the order after the holidays And even in situations like that - better inform the customer how much time the shipment will actually take so that they don t have to wonder whether you are scammers

Great product i bought 2 on may 9th and didn t get a tracking number after a week so I contacted them and within an hour they replied saying that they were also waiting for a TN which was a bit strangest this point I m like yeah I m f d they also told me that only one puzzle had been sent because the owl was out of stock and would take longer to receive it and they asked me if I still wanted the owl or wanted something else I told them I wanted the owl and that I would wait I went in thinking that I was gonna get scammed because they have mixed reviews and there s a lot of ads on fb that claim to be them I remember clicking in one of the ads at one point and got sucked into it cuz they re so cool however instead I went directly to their website and and purchased it What a great product I can t wait to get the second one the fine cutting of those little pieces and the art behind it it s mesmerizing the pieces are so unique and cool even if you re really really good at building puzzles and I m talking about 1000 piecesThis is going to keep you there for at least 4-6 hours I know it s only 300 pieces on the king sizes and trust me it s nothing 300 pieces sounds like nothing but when you re building this with those shapes it makes it a bit more challenging they are CLEARLY NOT your average puzzle pieces Only four stars cuz the whole thing with the tracking number it s a bit obscureThey give you a link to an app called shop downloaded if you don t have it so I did and the only thing that was showing me IN the app it was the same receipt that i had in my email UPDATE I got the owl 4 days after posting this review great product i just wish the puzzles where larger and more pieces
