Dealt with a problem really well - Eventually

I have used the MK store s a number of times I have ALWAYS been advised by helpful friendly and knowledgeable folk I had a problem with a new shoe manufacturing defect and was incorrectly advised to contact the manufacturer I did was referred back to Up and Running Contacted Customer service From that point everything was handled superbly Gilly customer svs and Viv in MK and her team were great expecting me when I turned up and I had the usual great advice and support Apparently I highlighted a training issue with my defective shoe I would highly recommend the staff at MK store for your running needs

Full analysis and fittings in 10mins

Just nipped into Up and Running in Horsham on a whim and was so impressed I only had 10mins as parking was running out but they were amazing The guys wereso quick and efficient and helpful - even doing a gait analysis and discussing what I should be looking for complete novice then they price matched every shoe I liked Perfect - Thankyou so much

Friendly Knowledgeable and gave us some great tips and advice

We visited the Up Running shop in Headingley Leeds to buy shoes As new runners we needed some guidance and Michael was fantastic and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable from taking the time to find out about us and what we needed to carrying out gait analysis and explaining what we were looking at on the videos We weren t rushed and were provided with several pairs to try that were suited to our needs as well as being able to test them on the treadmill The team were friendly and happy to chat to us about starting our running journey and offered some great tips and advice on how to build things up slowly and steadily A great experience and i would highly recommend them

I visit the Nottingham store on a weekly basis so the staff know me pretty well They are always polite friendly Rob in particular knows the shoes I love often goes the extra mile to find what I m looking for

The Nottingham shop is excellent and Emma the individual who helped me through a process to buy the right running shoes for me was a true expert who invested all the time I needed to make a good decision Fantastic service excellent experience and tremendous value for money

Came in to the Nottingham branch to buy some shoes and Mark helped me out He did a free gait analysis and and was incredibly patient as I tried about 5 different pairs on He had loads of knowledge and couldn t have done more to help Will absolutely recommend to others

Ben has excellent customer service

Ben was so helpful The gait running machine helped us to identify any issues and to workout which support I needed Ben was not pushy he gave us time to choose between a pair and offered honest advice He recommended the shoe that gave me more support despite it being the cheaper option Really happy with the customer service and I would highly recommend this place
