Greta experience - Nottingham

I went in for a gait analysis and to look for some advice on shoes and such - Emma at the Nottingham store was super friendly knowledgable and helpful She made a very big effort with me all while having to attend to other people and responsibilities in the store I felt very comfortable and heard in there thank you again

In the Nottingham store

In the Nottingham store Lucy greeted us with a great big smile and was so helpful identifying the needs for me and my wife We re both fairly new to jogging and running and not once did we feel pushed or rushed into spending a lot of money She even asked us what budget are we working with which is quite pleasant rather than targeting you to the higher priced items Everything was fantastic start to finish

Had excellent customer service in the Sheffield shop The guy had so much time for me to help me find the right running shoes He was lovely

Must visit this Nottingham shop

From the friendly welcome in the Nottingham shop to the treadmill to picking the Running shoes Lucy was amazing No hard sell experience and knowledge helped The running shoes are the best I ve ever had Thd other lady was lovely and helpful but can t remember her name

First visit - it won t be my last

It was my first time visiting Up And Running Sheffield store yesterday and it certainly won t be the last Had a gait analysis done which showed i had an over pronation I was shown different shoe options and was able to try them on the treadmill I was shown how they have helped my gait too I never felt under pressure to buy anything and was made to feel welcome The guy i dealt with i think it was the store manager sorry i didnt get his name was so knowledgeable 10 10 experience - thank you

Great service in Bristol store

Bristol store - received brilliant service from Yvette on Saturday 11 Jan who picked out a range of shoes to try and gave really good advice based on my running style and gait Also gave some great recommendations for trail runs and routes in the area and was very convincing in selling the positives of trail running Will be back to Up Running soon when I m ready to take the plunge into trail running

Excellent Customer Service at York Store

My Brooks trainers are now a bit worn so I went to the York Store Richard took time to allow me to try on a range of shoes His product knowledge really shone through I went on the treadmill with each set of shoes to see how well they suited me I am now the proud owner of Saucony Hurricane shoes Thank you Richard

Excellent service

Well what can I say I went in looking for a specific pair of trainers they were superseded by a different pair and out of stock The young staff member made recommendations raised on my gait and was very patient with me I ended up purchasing a different pair from the ones I originally The staff were so helpful understood that my feet needed a wider fit and were slightly thicker I couldn t recommend the place enough for your running needs

Highly recommended

Went to the Up and Running branch in Milton Keynes to find a good pair of running shoes Emily and Richard were both amazing in taking the time to talk through the shoes and find me the best pair for me They answered all my questions I had about running and were very helpful I highly recommend this place for anyone new or experienced with running
