Visited the Bristol store to find some running shoes as a relatively new runner Yvette was fantastic - she talked me through my gait analysis and even ordered in the trainers I needed a wide fit neutral and am very happy with my purchase - thank you

Bought some running headphones there

Bought some running headphones there Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 online and after a few months they started being faulty but when I got in touch about warranty and having them looked at the customer support was spot-on Quickly answered all my emails sent them back and got next day delivery on a brand new pair Great service and lovely bunch of people in shop and through emails
