Parcel given to post man for return Email from Royal Mail return failed No customer services at the weekend No idea if I will receive a refund

Impossible to give a review on a product I have yet to receive Was due to receive my order on Saturday 26th March but have yet to arrive Maybe if my order actually arrives I will give a review

Poor customer service and sold old model

I would not recommend Up Running due to its poor customer service and they sold me a very old model of a running watch I contacted Up Running multiple times to ask about the model but I never received a response The manufacturers of the running watch confirmed from the serial number that the watch was produced almost four years earlier Very disappointed

Terrible

Terrible I was super excited about receiving my new shoes As a South African it s super expensive to pay in pounds I had my purchase sent to a friend in the UK who was coming to South Africa on holiday She brought my shoes along with the receipt to Caoe Town and I couldn t wait to try them on My shoes were not the correct size Though it said a 6 5 UK size on the slip my actual shoes were a 5 5 One full size to small Now I m stuck with an expensive pair of shoes I can t wear Is there no oversight and double checking Who is going to pay for another pair of shoes And is it expected that I pay to have them couriered back to the UK I m absolutely livid and incredibly disappointed

I ve been in to the Cambridge store

I ve been in to the Cambridge store twice in a fortnight and I have been very disappointed with the service I asked whether they had an tape in store for my toe which gets a bit sore on long marathon runs I was told they don t seel it and I was advised to use the podiatrist that they recommend and that he said he didn t believe in it so they don t sell it Interesting answer I took a special journey today and both the salt sticks and gels I wanted were not available When I asked about when stock was expected in the young cashier didn t know so he called what I believe is the manager over who didn t even acknowledge me just answered the cashier Really unhelpful and I certainly won t be stepping foot in the store again Very disappointed with your poor customer service

Not a great site

Took my order online then contacted me days later to say they d had too many orders none left I got a refund but disappointed with this service

Manchester store - staff not interested

Visited the store in Manchester on a Sunday morning the staff member didn t seem interested he didn t look at my feet measure me or anything else after I had explained that I was having difficulty in finding a trainer in my correct size I was told a certain trainer would be ok but that it wasn t available in my size but that they got trainers in all the time I was offered the product in a size lower which was too small and that was it Waste of my time

Cambridge store was very busy and order

Cambridge store was very busy and order of serving customers muddled The didn t size 9 womens shoe this us pretty common and very poor I get offered mens shoes instead which are too wide I always end up ordereing direct from the trainer company instead

Disappointing foolish to stop selling XC spikes in store

Very disappointed that you have decided that you do not want to stock XC spikes in store Very inconvenient Very foolish - just popping in for a low value item at the back of the shop means walking past tempting displays the chance to interact with your skilled knowledgeable staff I had to go elsewhere Guess what I made an additional substantial impulse buy had a discussion about something else that I am likely to order I have been a loyal customer of Up Running for 15 years You ve lost me
