Bought some new trail running shoes from up and running in Milton Keynes I am an experienced road runner but new to trail running Marta sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful Had me running around in the shop wearing different shoe brands to find which one fitted me best Great service A

SURBITION store on a rainy Sunday Morning

We turned up to SURBITION store this morning and had a brilliant experience BEN helped my daughter find the correct trainers using a treadmill computers and his expertise She needed new trainers for weekly 5k and up coming 1 2 marathon Very knowledgeable and helpful Would recommend this place to get the best trainers for you

Great Shopping Experience

Popped into the Southampton store to purchase some Tailwind nutrition Super helpful staff with very friendly service Took the opportunity to browse products and chat about all things running Great experience my new favourite running shop I ll be back

Sally Ann from the Nottingham store was great Very patient and helped me with gait analysis and finding the best running trainers for my needs Has helped me feel more confident about upping my running distance and I will definitely be returning when I need my next new pair Thank you

I went into the Sheffield store today

I went into the Sheffield store today for a gait analysis Fraser was brilliant he was really patient polite very knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice on which trainer would be most appropriate for me He gave me a good range of trainers to try on His colleague Amir also gave me lots of advice on different running groups I could connect with I would have loved to see sports hijabs being sold - I m hoping the next time I visit they will have some Overall it was a lovely experience for me and I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome I would totally recommend

Visited the Nottingham shop today for some advice around which running shoes to go for Mark was amazing and spent time talking through each shoe and making sure I understood why he was recommending each one There was no pressured sales tactics just solid all round advice Cannot thank him enough I will be back if I need anything else

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff it was my first time in the store and my first pair or running shoes I have excess pronation and wanted to get the correct shoes to support my feet Spent a few min on treadmill for gate analysis and then offered advice on a few different pairs to choose Made my choice and have now ran a few 5K in them and what a different proper running shoes with the correct support make Thank you Up And Running

Darlington store thumbs up

Andrew from the Darlington store was fantastic I ve never had running trainers before so didnt have a clue He got me on the treadmill looked at my gait Got out a selection of trainers again let me run on the treadmill with them all until i found the most comfortable for me I didn t feel rushed in any way Fantastic customer service really pleased with the trainers i purchased

Robert at Milton Keynes was really helpful this afternoon I felt like I had issues with my feet rolling one way or the other he carried out a detailed gait analysis and recommended a number of different options at various price points Went with the Saucony Hurricane 24 for my training for London marathon in April and can t wait to try them out on the road

Great care and attention

I have very difficult feet and and ankles resulting in painful left knee I visited your Teddington store and was placed in the care of Mohammed He spent almost an hour with me providing all sorts of advice and different shoes to try He gave valuable tips on exercising and I tried various accessories In the end I found a good pair of shoes and comfortable insoles for which I am very pleased
