I was trying to apply a 10 percent code which I had been sent via email but I kept getting and error message come up When I spoke to a chat agent they said to place the order and they will take 10 percent off I placed the order but the chat had ended when I returned to it The next advisor wasn t as helpful and said to send a screenshot on the message centre which I ve done and now awaiting a response It s taken something which should be simple and made it complicated and a bit stressful
