The new pumpkin Mickey lantern bag is now on the website but when I received the email today the section of this email was in French I thought I needed to buy this as quick as possible in case it sold out then used Google translate after making purchase and noticed there was actually a code for free delivery that I never added to my basket So not sure what was going on with the email but would appreciate it in English rather than french

Website is easy to register with login to account manage account wishlist add items to remove items from wishlist purchasing items including inputting discount codes A little tricky to navigate between collections butthat is a very minor niggle Overall very pleased with my experience and looking forward to my first order arriving

A fantastic jumper which is exactly what I was hoping for it to be Great quality and cannot fault it The only reason I ve marked this 4 stars was due to the significant delays with the delivery with minimal updates of what was happening Kept saying Processing for days This was a preorder which was due to dispatched on the day highlighted It didn t dispatch for over a week and a half and when the courier tracking was given the only update I got from them was Were awaiting your item Arrived a day late Nonetheless the product was as described and will definitely buy again but with the anticipation of a lengthy wait Maybe this is the caveat of cheaper but quality items

Quick and easy to do only thing was there wasn t an option for next day delivery but wasn t really bothered as long as I get it

After months of waiting for a product I have decided to cancel my order Veryneko have cancelled the order and credited my account I am relieved to have this resolution

Order came quickly

Order came quickly However not completely happy with printed logo on back and some of it is worn off Its quite expensive so would have expected it to be better

The item arrived as described and on time

The item arrived as described within the delivery dates given and I was able to track the item on it s journey via an email link I was surprised that it was dispatched from America rather than from within the UK but this did not cause any issues or additional charges
