Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service order two pre order bags both pay on dispatch almost 12 months later neither have been dispatched one payment has been debited yet still no dispatch request to cancel one bag email completely ignored

Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company I paid for a loungefly bag for 70 and it was out of stock I asked for a refund and they would send me an automated response saying no refund possible I contacted them again they replied to say they have escalated it to the warehouse I have been waiting for months Still no refund I have been contacting them ever since but nothing comes back with a refund but just more excuses

Horrible service

Horrible service After 1 day of purchasing I wanted to cancel but they told me they couldn t as it has been dispatched Then on top of that they didn t include a return label paper so because I don t have a printer at home I have to pay money to print it out When you order an item you put the return paper inside but this website is clearly so cheap that can t afford to print a small paper out Now my return is delayed because of this I m never going to ever order from here horrible customer service telling me I had to do that

Save yourself time energy and disappointment

I ve repeatedly contacted their help centre as my package hasn t arrived almost a month later and the tracking hasn t updated for almost as long They kept telling me to wait for tracking update but nothing has been done No doubt my parcel will never arrive and I will have to contact them again to try and get my money back - not that I can do that yet as apparently my package takes up 30 days to arrive not that this is mentioned anywhere when you order and now the item is out of stock everywhere Avoid like the plague

Very disappointed

Very disappointed Chased up the order as it was over the stated delivery period Told it was being processed then the following day told that the order had been cancelled as item not available Surely should have checked availability before confirming order Now have a very disappointed child

Would give no stars if possible Ordered on the 15th October took my money on the 17th October apparently they only take money from an account if the products are going to be dispatched in the next 48hrs - not true When I chased the order 2 weeks later I was told that waiting for stock from a supplier I requested a refund and despite numerous live chats and emails I have not received my money back Apparently excalated to complaints and refunds teams but no email no money They are a complete joke PLEASE DON T USE THEM

Just useless

They constantly contradict each other we have received your parcel back we haven t received your parcel you will get a refund in the next 3 5 days you will have to wait 14 days for a refund They don t know what they are doing Don t bother ordering from them The sizes of their clothes is all incorrect aswell all the clothes come either a size too small or a size too big it s a lottery on what you will receive Having to contact my bank to arrange the refund as they are incapable of doing this Avoid

Massively disappointed

Massively disappointed ordered an item Lego Advent Calendar payment taken item ordered then days later when I should be getting delivery I receive an email saying the item is not available and the order is cancelled and now I ALSO have a disappointed child and have to wait for the refund if you don t have the item in stock DONT TAKE THE ORDER Won t be using again Update Liam there was no message Also its been 5 working days WHERE IS MY REFUND

Unable to fulfill confirmed orders

I bought two backpacks as gifts only to recurve sn email a week later stating that they didn t have the stock to fulfill the order for either backpack The fact that two out of two of my ordered items were not in stock is not acceptable They even stated in the email that they were unable to source additional stock meaning they knowingly sold items they didn t have to sell in the first place

Orders accepted without having the stock and have to chase refund

I purchased 2 lego advent calendars on 25th November My order was accepted and payment was taken On 1st December i received an email saying they didn t have the stock and my order was therefore cancelled and i would receive a full refund in 3-5 working days This left no time to buy elsewhere as everywhere else sold out by this time 13th December still no refund I was unable to contact the company by email because it bounced address not found and they didn t pick up the phone Got on chat on website who initiated a refund They could not advise where to lodge a complaint -instead telling me to check social media
