Very good service and Very nice to talk

My first chat with Sabine was brief and not so helpful as she accidently gave me wrong information My second conversation with Patrick was completely different He really was trying to help and fix the problem He even called me back a few times though it turned out that the problem with within the computersystem at Viabill so no one could fix it or speed up the process But I sincerely hope that anyone who has problems get Patrick to help them He was great

Viabill is the WORST choice you can make for online shopping I have purchase from Coolshop for 718 NOK 28 11 2019 but I paid total today 15 01 2020 for 987 18 NOK almost one thousand Norwegian kroner 1000 NOK I m so disappointed they charged me 44 88 NOK from 16 12 2019 to 15 01 2020 for SIX TIMES So I have been charged 269 28 NOK ONLY FEE plus the purchase I made for a little OVER A MONTH VIABILL is for sure a FRAUD COMPANY STAY AWAY if you don t t want to live in a FOREVER DEBT

This is such a scam

Its not 4 equal payments Its 4 equal payments with charges So I do not believe you are showing everything while marketing Please tell your customer what you are and how you processed bcoz if every customer should first research about it it is not worth it People do not have time and we easily believe what you show

STAY AWAY

This is such a scam There is a 39kr administration cost even if you pay everything on time although their website sais that there are no extra costs Another thing is that for the first few months the ammount taken from my account had been transfered automaticaly every month For at least the past 6 months it did not and ofc 39kr were added Stay away and if you decide not to read and tripple read everything

Watch out for this crap if you just try

STAY AWAY This company is total fraud they even deleted my previous review stating that they are s amming people They are taking money from your account without your consent and what is worse that they are creating a profile on their website INSTEAD of you again without a consent They will always find a reason why should they charge you fee 39kr a month no matter what STAY AWAY
