Thus far I have no problems with Viabill I chose it because it was a great alternative to using a charge card and paying right away Will give another review when my payments are complete

i like that we are able to split the bill into four payments with no charge that is very cool i do wish the website was more user friendly i m having trouble finding out how much is paid and how much is owed other than that everything else is awesome Thanks Viabill

Spread the cost easily

Overall positive experience Must add though that ViaBill is only as efficient as the retailer they co-operate with I wrote to customer service with a query and was referred quite rightly back to the retailer However ViaBill needs to ensure that their staff are fully trained in providing positive email responses to customers queries at all times

The initial buying experience was fast

The initial buying experience was fast and easy I received my tires 2 days after purchasing them My only concern is that I ve tried to get on they re site to find out when they will be withdrawing my next payment and it gives me no date as to when my next payment is I budget my money on a biweekly basis and it makes it difficult to do so when you dont know when your bill is due That s the only complaint I would have other than that I give them 2 thumbs up
