Smart but watch out

Works good when shopping online if you want to spilt your payments But there is a hidden trap you want to avoid When creating the account you give you re Creditcard number so that the can withdrw the amount every month You can do this they say or you can pay yourself through your net bank solution The problem here is if you choose to let them withdraw the monthly payment on the card you pay 39 DKK for this service Therefore get the FI code on your My ViaBill page and create monthly payments in your net bank to avoid this extra charge Since it is a FI card you can not make it recurring you have to make a payment for each month

At first I enjoyed viabill now I m not

At first I enjoyed viabill now I m not sure if I want to continue using them I don t have an outstanding balance but every time I try to use it says my payment cant be authorized However my bank statement shows they took the money from another one of my accounts I contacted my banks and there isnt any issues on my end Crazy part is I used the same card that couldn t be authorized to settle my account now how does that work it just doesn t make any sense Viabill customer service is a joke I ve emailed help viabill with no response

-2 stars for the TERRIBLE mobile application and website The 3 stars are for your customer service You seriously need to make your payment platform more stable and look into the technology used for the website and the app It is WHOLLY unreliable for something so important to people Alina in Customer Support however was a pure delight and a credit to your company She phoned me as soon as she could tell there was a big issue and helped me to avoid late fees I hope the feedback and resources handed over to her are used to make a better experience for your customers

VIABILL is a good opportunity in case

VIABILL is a good opportunity in case when we have not that extra cash available especially when your favourite things are on sale They are partnerd with good web shops which offers lot of discounts on many things I have mostly used VIABILL to buy that extra thing which was not a necessary but a good to have thing However I also disagree with them on 1 important point I E monthly fee of 49dkk Last time when I spoke to customer service about this charges She he didn t give me much explanation and just said its a fee charged for using credit from VIABILL even though at the time of purchase it said it bought is interest free gebyr free charges free and it just included in the price I only discovered this when there were 2 transactions from my account one for 49 rest for the monthly installment In the end my point with that service agent on the phone was If you charge me something better tell me before I make any purchase rather telling me after purchase That was not a good surprise though it was a small amount but all starts with small things Suggestion Viabill is going in good direction but they still have lot of room for improvements Please work on mobile app instead of mobile website That makes a big difference in overall customer experience All the best Work on mobile app I will put my review next time Cheers
