It was easy to use and enabled me to make a purchase that I wouldn t have been able to make otherwise

I found it a bit confusing to find my payment balance but otherwise ok

I never wanted to join them but as per my own fault I wanted to pay for my products and Viabill came up I thought it was the only way to pay and did not look much at the information cant remember they said it would cost me 39 DKK per month but it probably did I thought it would be similar to Paypal but it certainly is not So I tried to cancel the account but it is not possible to close your account on the webpage At least I could not find any information on this The chat was not only in the weekend and I did not make home in time to use at home I did write an email but they are not answering that either maybe I just come to expect quick responses from online services As the answer below ViaBill has answered my mail and will close my account So from my point of view they have done as asked for and answered politely Looking forward to getting my account cancelled and settled my payment to Koimport dk

I m new to using viability so far everything is going well I would buy using this method for my products again if for nothing else the convenience

My experience with using ViaBill can be described really simple straightforward fast and smooth I would recommend to use it better than any other way I know so far -

I am really happy to get my stuff through Via Bill its easier to get whatever I want though I don t have sufficient amount at the moment It is really good and easy way to get the stuff

Its nice to have some of the stuffs you love to get for yourself or to someone dear to you and can able to pay it in an installment basis Its not that hard and its manageable on the pocket
