Watch out for this crap if you just try and buy something online Sneaky choices at checkout and you suddenly have a profile with them and have to deal with monthly payments login to pay even though they already have your credit card details suddenly you are a member of a payoff method crap system Instead of just getting an invoice honest credit card payment

If I could have this place shut down immediately

Bots from Viabill have been spamming my e-commerce company s emails INCESSANTLY pretending to be customers asking to add Viabill to our payment options There is NO way to opt out and it is a waste of time for our customer service team Why would anyone trust financial services to a company that uses such dubious practices I have a feeling the Trustpilot reviews for the site are from bots as well

One month and I am double charged for

I asked one of the reps to confirm that my request was completed delete my payment info her response was I just did - when I said she was being rude she said check your account have a good day I was not done and that was super rude Shut this down and I have screenshots of the chat because this unprofessional mess probably does not keep record of chats NO ONE AGREED TO THIS WEBSITE ANYWAY

They were quick to set up an account

One month and I am double charged for an order that I never received With countless emails back and forth chats and phone calls nothing has been resolved And Julie please don t message me here asking me to email you I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT AND MY LAST THREE EMAILS IGNORED Edit I am being charged monthly for an order I never received as I said JULIE I m not sending anymore emails The incompetence this company has is ridiculous

Was ok at first

They were quick to set up an account My card expired tried to put in new cvc and expiration denied repeatedly Call to pay off account they tell me my visa debit through my credit union can not be used amazingly enough the had been using thAt card all along I am done with them would not recommend to my worst enemy

The company steals your money

Was ok at first Got some late fees I said okay whatever I ll pay them Now I m trying to pay them and it won t let me log in They re probably going to charge me another fee When I m trying to log in and THEIR system is not letting me It said send verification code and nothing is sent Tried to reset my password Nothing I m going to keep trying this seriously should not happen Seems like they just want money Wouldn t recommend

Definitely underwhelmed

The company steals your money They make they own plans to how much they take from your account credit card If you make a monthly payment it will not count As they can make other plans than the ones you have made with them Example if you pay they can charge you again after som days

Definitely underwhelmed I have Affirm which doesn t even request Entire SSN This via bill wanted the whole number Then it just said my info couldn t be verified Not that I really care I was only interested Completed my purchase anyway But AfterPay and Affirm had no verification issues My only guess is my phone is prepaid But obviously it s My phone or I wouldn t have gotten their dumb texted code wasteoftime

If I could give a negative stars

I d give it a 0 stars if I could I tried to sign up to order a product but their system denied me and it didn t even ask me any questions Nothing about income social security number nothing All it asked me for was my email and phone number and denied me based on those 2 things How do you even base a decision without asking any questions You can t deny a customer based on email and phone number alone That is the stupidest system I ve ever seen They lost out on money from me because of that

Tried to scam me

If I could give a negative stars I would I used Viabill for GoLo diet pills Everything was good after the purchase was completed and paid for Months later I get a refund check for 12 49 An overcharge of a late fee I deposited the check into my account Two days later my account is frozen due to the check No phone number that is listed on the website is registered number So now I have to wait for the investigation to be over with to either continue using my checking account as normal Or I have to go in person to open a new account Such BS Don t use Viabill PERIOD
