Virgin Australia is one of the my favorite because of its wonderful services and lot of accessories during flight Virgin Australia also offer Wireless In-flight Entertainment due to which my journey become very entertaining and I enjoyed my journey with them

published 11 minutes agoI love this airline and almost 22yrs of flying with them can t be wrong I have flown with Virgin since her inception Many flights over many years and still love the airline with only minor changes Virgin will always be my first choice to fly Service both on the ground and in transit have always been pleasant professional and courteous I was 4mths pregnant with my now 20yr old daughter when she had her first flight with Virgin Blue now after hundreds of flights over the years we are back flying with Virgin since the lockdown A very big Congrats to the Staff It is so nice to be treated and spoken to with care Latest flight was last week a return trip from Gold Coast-Sydney I used online booking a breeze Check-in is super easy but if in doubt the ground staff will help I had extra luggage which I purchased with my ticket I called to confirm this as it wasn t showing up in my ticket but only as a payment I was assured it had been purchased and To take both bags straight to their bag-drop counter for the bag-tags instead of the ticket ports they have Service was so good from Natasha at the Ticket counter Thank you Download the entertainment app to watch onboard before flying Bring air-phones if you can for your devices You can also buy them for a small fee onboard but sometimes they will just give them to you Food beverage is not too bad Abit expensive but most airline food is I was given free chocolate with my drink this last trip Always book your preferred seat as well when purchasing your ticket it s very easy to do online If you make a mistake in your booking online contact them straight away You might be lucky and be able to fix your booking without cost Always acknowledge the Staff Be pleasant it always helps Safe flying

You really know a GOOD and bad company when things go wrong like COVID-19 Virgin Australia were outstanding in their support during this difficult time for thousands of travellers We didn t buy our tickets direct from Virgin we UNFORTUNATELY went through Expedia Expedia took us through a debacle in trying to obtain a refund for Domestic flights - they gave us misleading information Fortunately Virgin provided prompt courteous assistance put our tickets on Hold and confirmed that Expedia had the money and any refund would have to come from Expedia Virgin Australia are outstanding do yourself a favor next time you fly book direct with Virgin You can still select your seats and meals online just like other airlines and they back up with someone you can talk to on the phone in Australia I really hope the government can help Virgin stay in Australia because we need honest reliable competition that offers that rare quality - Customer Service Well done Virgin you have our vote for life
