Terrible Luggage Handling
Flight VB 186 on August 11th 2021 from Mexico City to Chicago O Hare Initial estimated arrival time 10 30 pm but it arrived an hour later due to some issue at the Mexico City Airport We were waiting for our luggage to show up for 2 hours Several passengers tried to call the office of Viva Aerobus in Chicago but no one took the call and no one from the company was at the airport to help Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TRAVEL WITH VIVA AEROBUS EVER Terrible experience

Just returned from Monterrey NL March
Just returned from Monterrey NL March 22 2022 flight VB1129 with a connecting flight in Mexico City to Chicago O Hare March 22 2022 flight VB186 Upon arrival to my home I unpacked and saw that my luggage had been opened - they literally dumped all my belongings went thru everything and stuffed my belongings back in suitcase I had flown this airline once before and system and guidelines changed as I went along Paid for my luggage at initial purchase and was charged 2 100 pesos upon return for same luggage Should have known from first experience not to fly this airline I can assure you that this airline will not be a choice moving forward Disappointed traveler

An awful experience
An awful experience - I was on VB 101 from JKF to Mexico City on 11 16 22 - the aircraft was not able to carry everyone s luggage onboard There were 197 items not carried in total The flight itself was very uncomfortable with minimal leg room There was zero communication zero apology and no answer to any of the phone numbers provided It was only by going back to the airport the following day off my own accord that I was informed that the bags would be ready 3 hours later Awful experience - avoid at all costs it s worth paying more to avoid travelling with this company

If I could rate zero I would Booked premium tickets to allow us extra baggage and choosing our seats They broke into and stole belongings in my suitcase and they assigned us random seats apart No apology or money back Disgusting customer service I would wait for weeks having sent them all the documents they requested Then when I message them to ask an update they start all over again with hello how can we help you Appalling Thieves

THE WORST AIRLINE THAT HAS EVER EXISTED
The worst experience I ve ever had with an airline Staff service is awful They treat you worst than an animal Delayed flights overbooking and no help whatsoever with connecting flights This was my first and last trip with them Please save yourselves the trouble Thank you Daniel Espinoza at Mexico City airport for providing the worst customer experience I ve ever received

Don t waste your money or your time
Don t waste your money or your time We went to the airport to check in and the manager was telling us that the gates were closed we were there about one hour before the flight left to Mexico City She kept telling us and five other people that they were closed and to call customer service She was rude and the other staff laughed at us When we called customer service they told us they could do nothing and that we should ve been there 3-5 hours before boarding which is crazy because nowhere on their website does it say to be there 5 hours before boarding We couldn t bump the flight for the next day nor get a refund Customer service was rude and they just hung up when we tried to explain what happened My uncle was on that flight and he told us that the flight was full so I think they were just making up excuses and blaming others rather than taking blame and trying to accommodate us There were six passengers that were left out of the flight and neither of them got a refund or a ticket for another flight Save yourself from wasting your time and money It s not worth the headache

Flight gets delayed due to weather Gets rescheduled in a 2 day window Unable to contact via phone to cancel get credit and or make changes Requested to be contacted and nothing They must be making a lot of money scamming customers Never again even consider using them I would suggest the same if anyone reads this message
