First time booking with Eurowings for a flight for my ChildTried to check in this morning it said booking number and name not matching Called the customer service you called 2 days ago to change the name and paid by Amex We sent you the confirmation 1 - my child hasn t changed name 2- I never called3 - never received that confirmation mail of name modification 4 - don t have an Amex card 5 -only Eurowings and I knew about the booking number6 - had to pay 130 euros to change again the name so my child can fly back homeHow disgraceful that is

Awful- Delays Compensation
Awful After delayed flights meant we arrived 16 hours later than we should almost missing my brothers wedding We have now been trying for 8 months to try and claim back compensation and reimbursement for hotels Absolutely no help available via call centre and being completely ignored via email

Terrible untrustworthy company Do not use Lost our baggage for whole entire trip away for brother s wedding Put in delayed baggage claim in early August and 3 months later still not received any compensation or reply back Ignoring my emails contact form messages when try via phone to their customer service in Germany they saying they cannot help you

Never take an evening flight on Eurowings they are not reliable and cannot manage standard rotations Once more a desaster Inaccurate and most of all lacking information about delay Flights are supposed to run and they do not let you know that there is a major disruption and the reason Good weather - really Hopeless carrier Writing to them issueless - you get a poorly translated response that is so beyond the point that it is reflecting their genuine disrespect of customers

First I have been overcharged in my luggage due to the technical issue of the company website and the company customer service were completely useless evenmore very very rude The flight was delayed by more than 12 hours no hotel was and no compensation was provided The company did not respond to their email at all now it s almost 4 weeks and the matter not solved as the company ignored thier customer queries

Don t trust them with baggage
We fly from Manchester to Marseille via Dusseldorf and our 3 checked in baggage doesn t arrive filled out the online forms and advised to wait the bags will be forwarded on Baggage arrived on next flight 2 days later but not forwarded on Two more times advised they are on the way but never arrived So I go to Marseille but can t speak to anyone to help only a telephone and recorded message Totally ruined my family summer holiday and still no help

TERRIBLE COMPANY Flying from Thessaloniki to London Heathrow via Koln and our 2 bags did not arrive in London Although it says that both bags were located and scheduled to fly to London yesterday at 2pm it now says that only 1 item has been found in London and is being delivered to us Where is the 2nd item Why is there 0 support to help us resolve this situation Customer services say they cannot and will not help in any way How can you be so bad

Shocking company
Shocking company online checkin would not work so charged us extra to board the plane even though they state on the website you have to pick up boarding passes in the airport Disgusting way of working with zero customer support It should be illegal to purposefully catch people out I will never fly with them again and I am making sure I tell everyone I know they are the worst air line in Europe
