Was getting annoyed tbh because I couldn t get through on the phone but I relaised there was a chat bot and Klaudia from customer service was a gem and sorted my case out straight away Excellent after sales experience

It s the Airports not the Airlines

Time you wallys stop blaming the airline when it s clearly the Airports at fault Wizz is a great company and really hope that they can come to an agreement with DSA as they will massively contribute to a city that much needs and wants the investment and jobs they create LOVE YOU WIZZ

Speedy refund

Flight to Egypt cancelled for next February contacted Wizz Air on 18 8 to request a refund money was transferred back into my account on 25 8 Having read reviews I was fearing the worst but was pleasantly surprised

Amazing customer service

I haven t flown with them yet going on Monday but customer service on the phone was absolutely amazing I made a huge error on the booking with my own name and they were really really amazing changing it and sorting out the account and ticket details Very patient efficient and friendly

Great Would recommend

First time flying on my own and was a great experience great prices for flights smooth flight experience and the staff were lovely and so helpful and welcoming will 100 be flying with them again no delays no problems all in all great experience
