Very disappointing customer service After cancelled flight from Cologne airport a member of eurowings gave me instructions that a later chat with Eurowings over the phone defined as FALSE I had to buy myself the earliest alternative flight to London costing me over 400 and Eurowings is now not accepting the refund request This is unacceptable all staff should be aligned with the policy Have been emailing eurowings since June 18th nearly two months ago No one had got back to me yet Very unprofessional show from a company I considered very serious

I paid 250 for extra legroom from Frankfurt to Windhoek During check in I got told the seats are no longer available and a refund must be claimed However it cannot be done in their own HUB FRANKFURT The contact details they gave me returned a ticket number for the query I logged Until this day 6 weeks later they did not reply neither refund me Eurowings make themselves uncontactable do not answer queries thereby make people give up and take your money CRIMINAL

Don t trust them
Don t trust then They just want to steal your money I had Made booking and I didn t recieved any confirmation of paymanent aby reservation code and email And there was a page error page After several minutes a tried IT again Everything was successful And amount was withdrawed also for both reservations I ve tried to communicate wit them via Customer service - no answer via FB - Everything was ok your money was withdrawn ok Next conversation without answer Thieves are Eurowings

Flight 18 00 Hamburg to London Shockingly badly organised check in experience at Hamburg Airport Rude staff issuing confusing instructions Normally they are just rude today they held us like cattle while their instructions kept changing which confused everyone No way to run a check in The check in staff blamed the passengers What a sorry mess it was There was also a legal issue as one member of staff collected a bunch of passports in his hand and casually dished them out after five minutes to their owners

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever Cancelled our flight then tried to send us with stop over next day call centre told us they can t cancel the booking despite it being business class trying to do it online is near impossible and when you request a refund you get an email that your booking is confirmed Associated car hire was a similar disaster Told us rebooking would avoid refund and having to pay twice Well untrue Avoid at all cost If there was zero star that s what they would get

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Absolutely disgraceful customer service Had our bag and buggy go missing on our outward flight received it 12hours before flying home and then both have gone missing again The person who logged the claim never logged it properly so now we have 1 buggy found but no bag Buggy was found days ago but hasn t been delivered The service i have received has been terrible Will NEVER recommend this airline to anyone

Absolute joke and disgrace of an airline
Flight was delayed almost two hours to D sseldorf from Heathrow Needed to make a connection with very little time to transfer due to their own failures which caused the delay Approaching the terminal gate staff were slow and careless to get passengers onboard Staff were rude and had no compassion when myself and others had little time to make a connecting flight Fortunately my connecting flight was also delayed allowing me to catch Absolute joke and disgrace of an airline Never again

We just were on a Eurowings flight from Hamburg to Zurich It was delayed departing and then when we arrived my husband and I were the last off the plane because we were trying to take everything plus our sleeping toddler off the plane It had been super hard to carry him and all our stuff coming onto the plane so we decided to unfold our Yoyo stroller which fits down the aisle to help debark The flight attendants were EXTREMELY rude They were in a hurry because they said the were late for the next flight so I understand that However what was completely unacceptable is when we said we were sorry and we are hurrying but please try to be a little understanding it s hard with a toddler the response was well maybe you shouldn t have children then In addition when my husband was trying to get bags from the top down and the steward was trying to push through he said excuse I need to get my bags the steward threatened to call the police on us Absolutely unbelievable

Avoid if at all possible So many issues They lost my luggage they cancelled my return flight ok that wasn t their fault and then trying to get compensation for both lost luggage and cancelled flight expenses is like getting blood out of a stone Still no response to my queries after 2 weeks and calling them they just told me to wait longer
